The wait time is ridiculous. I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple order. I would understand if there was a crowd waiting but one customer aside from me which that order was done wrong.

I placed an order for a breakfast burger and coffee and was running behind for work so I needed my order to be ready and it was. I wasnt sure because I went to another carls jr and well placed an order and place was closed still. Thankfully this one is still open and had my food ready. So will be checking in more often.

Nancy G. was a terrible cashier very rude and inconsiderate. My daughter was peeing herself and would not give us the code until we paid she said it would be printed on the receipt which it was not. She wrote it on the receipt instead of just giving it to us to begin with. This is not how you treat people especially a child who is trying to use the restroom. UNBELIEVABLE.

We came from traveling, our cashier name was Nancy was extremely rude as we were ordering we asked if we can also use the bathroom she said the code would print out at the bottom of our recipe and my 3 year old had to go bad and she lied and it did not print she wrote it down at the bottom instead of just telling us the code as we continued to order. She needs a Costumer service course!!
