The food is one of my favorites here in yuma. I recommend getting the guacamole burger. Sooooo delicious

The burger was good as it came out fresh & hot. The service wasn't all that as the one who took our order through the drive-thru was irritated or bothered, not too friendly at all. I mean, I know everyone has their days, but because you're having a bad day, don't take it out on the customers.

While neither of us spends a lot of time at fast food restaurants, we're both in our 60s and have been to several. We stopped at Carl's Jr. in Yuma on our way home to Phoenix from San Diego. We were both impressed at how clean this facility was. Absolutely spotless! Excellent burgers on top of that. Bianca and Andrea were working there. Both were very courteous and helpful.
Parking: My family and friends go to this location several times a month and enjoyed it, but lately and today, the manager/supervisor wants to charge for dipping sauce, 25 cents each. The cashier is the one who offered it with my meal at checkout, I asked for bbq, when I didn't get the sauce and I came up to the counter to ask for it. The supervisor said, she would give us the sauce this time, BUT NEXT TIME we will be charged, she said we would have to buy tenders or stars to get it free. Sadly, my family and friends will be avoiding this location. So sauce(s) are no longer a condiment you get for free with your meal at Carl's Jr??? Other restaurants give you condiments for free with your meal.
