Received for the third time, an order with no sauce. This time I also received a child sized milkshake instead of the $7.95 milkshake ordered. Mistakes happen. But when I contacted Chick-fil-A, they said my delivery service was responsible. Even though they packaged and sealed the order, incorrectly, and provided the wrong size milkshake. They expect drivers, making very little pay, to do free Quality Control for their mistakes? For the amount we're paying, I think Chick-fil-A should stand behind their fulfillment performance.

While I was waiting for my food that we had just ordered I was approached and harassed by an employee asking what I'm doing there I told him waiting for my food and he stated I've been there for a long time when it hasn't even been 10 minutes I had to pull out my receipt to prove that I was waiting for my food I had just ordered at the counter just cause I was dressed comfortable I was treated like a nuisance

The most QSR ever. The most quickest service ever. We were shocked to see how busy this place was and how quickly the staff was serving them. Great place.
This location is awful, the employees are rude and ignore you when you walk in. They don’t know how to greet people coming in and pretend like they don’t see you when you stand at the counter. Terrible service, I don’t know how this was voted Yuma’s best fast food restaurant. Do better.
