I stopped by Chick-fil-A today 11/7/25 at 6:50 PM and was helped by a new team member named John. He was doing a great job — polite, attentive, and clearly trying his best while learning. However, I noticed the team leader who was training him (heavier set man with a dark beard) was being noticeably rude and dismissive toward John. It was uncomfortable to watch and honestly disheartening, especially since John seemed to be putting in so much effort. I hope management can make sure new employees are supported and treated with respect as they learn. John deserves encouragement, not criticism in front of customers.

Not my day today got my order wrong and no sauces. What is a plain bun with a piece of chicken for $12? Like that was not enough I got a hair on my fries. Could not eat my meal its disgusting. Hair nets = Food Safety...very disappointing 😞

I was very disappointed in my chicken sandwich bread was dry and the sandwich had no flavor. Waffle fries where under cooked. Amazing ice tea.
The mobile orders are never ready on time. When you arrive at the restaurant, everything is unorganized. Even though they have a lot of employees. Very disappointing.

Person cleaning tables decided to wipe our table after we already sat down . I asked her if she had something to dry it next thing i see is her getting a napkin out of the trash to wipe our table asked. I than stopped her from using the tissue from the trash

Traveling from San Diego to Phoenix we stopped in Yuma to gas up the car and ourselves, We stopped here as we have never had a negative experience in any Chic filet's we have ever been to, this was no exception! Easy parking all around the building, it was very hot that day so there were cooking fans on the outside patios, the interior nice and clean and the staff very friendly and efficient! The interior and exterior were both clean and well maintained, the restroom was also very clean (unusual for fast food places) I saw several tables get wiped down as soon as diners cleared them, making them quickly available for others. We went with the Chicken sandwich combos, all tasty and fresh. In and out, back on the road very quickly. On our way home three days later we stopped again, this time using the drive through. Again very friendly and efficient. I was during the dinner hour so they were quite busy. We had our dinner and drinks in hand very quickly and back on the road for our final leg. Got home just as I was finishing my large diet sode. Drink was refreshing and just enough caffeine to help with the long drive....Thanks a bunch. Highly recommended
Its a great place for some good food to go and you cant make up your mind..
