They were amazing! Our server was right on point throughout our visit. We had our drinks in minutes and appetizers right after. She continually checked in with us and was very friendly and professional.
Out food was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want great food and excellent service.

Fallen off, menu change eliminating dry rub ribs is awful, single choice of BBQ is generic and serving size reduced but price increased, chain decision so not really a big factor, however 4 girls standing around and telling you where your table is without taking you, pathetic. Server was overworked and assigned too many tables, order taken wrong on multiple tickets and was a mess, not her fault, I hold management accountable though I don't expect to hear from anyone, time to find a new option.

We usually coming here often, but this time it was a bad experience. Except the Food was everything messed up. First we walked in and 4 young Ladies ( Staff) was talking to each other, we had a party of 10 and did called ahead for a set up. That worked out good. But as we arrived they showed us the direction where our table was with a finger pointing. No one accompanied us to our table, so we was kinda walking headless around to find our table. I'm not sure its not a thing anymore, to be seated. But I saw a lot of ppl coming in and just sitting down wherever. Our poor server had to care of a lot of tables, for a Sunday night business, where I still saw the 4 Ladies up in front talking. Once in a while the walked by and checked on ppl. Well, back to our server, she was nice and tried her best, but was overwhelmed with the amount of tables. The waiting time from dinks to dinner order was not pleasant. Refill or reorder of drinks was lacking. Paying was a different story, we had like 5 separate checks and everything was messed up, so ppl paid for food and drinks from other ppl. Everything was just a really bad experience. We hope it will change back to the service it once was. Considering its the only Chili's in Yuma. But we are glad we have a lot if other Restaurant choice in Yuma in the meantime. 😉
