I recently visited Chipotle in Yuma and had a great experience overall. I ordered both a burrito bowl and a burrito wrap to get a good taste of what they had to offer. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned, making it a satisfying meal.
Starting with the burrito bowl, I chose cilantro-lime rice, black beans, chicken, fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. The chicken was well-seasoned and had a nice smoky flavor, while the rice and beans were cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh, and the combination of the sweet corn salsa with the creamy sour cream and cheese made every bite delicious. The portion size was generous, and it felt like a well-balanced meal.
The burrito wrap was also great, though slightly on the heavier side. I went with barbacoa, brown rice, pinto beans, hot salsa, guacamole, and lettuce. The barbacoa was tender and packed with bold, savory flavors. The hot salsa added a nice kick without overpowering the other ingredients. The guacamole was creamy and fresh, though I did feel like they could have added a bit more. The tortilla was soft and held everything together well without falling apart.
The service was quick and efficient, even during a busy lunch hour. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was correct. The restaurant was clean, and seating was easy to find.
Overall, this Chipotle location in Yuma did not disappoint. The food was tasty, fresh, and filling. I’d definitely stop by again when I’m in the area!

I don't know why they charge extra for guacamole and queso but they do... Sure wish we had a Qdoba in town... Extra is free except for the meat

Make sure you go inside to order and WATCH them make your bowl. I ordered on the app with EXTRA rice and EXTRA protein along side multiple other things and my bowl wasn't even half full. Complete waste of my time and money. I also called before closing time and got the "store is closed" automated message. This location is just flat out lazy. Will be demanding a refund tomorrow!

Waited in line for 10 minutes with only one person in front of me in the pick up lane outside. Not convenient at all to wait 10 minutes for what is supposed to be a quick option. Nothing offered for the excessive wait time.

Arrived at the counter 6:15PM on Feb. 6, 2025 and watched as the server dished up a large amount of chicken to a customer ordering a chicken bowl and chicken burrito, emptying the container, talking friendly like they knew each other. My turn, asked for a chicken burrito and the server looked back at the cook and he just shook his head, then she says to me there will be a 20 minute wait before more chicken is ready. Obviously the business was not prepared and no management was present. Went to the Chipotle at the Yuma Palms, received less than half the amount of chicken served to the customer at the Big Curve and was headed home in under 20 minutes. I hope the management reads this review to see what the employees are doing.

I literally got food poisoning from This place I spent all night last night throwing up.🙂
i don’t think i will ever eat chipotle again. I’ve had chipotle multiple times from the location at yuma palms but the time i chose this location on 4th ave, i’m almost positive i got food poisoning. I got a burrito with chicken and 30 minutes after eating the burrito i was vomiting. The texture of the tortilla wasn’t good. It was chewy like gum and stretchy.

I stopped by to grab some food to go instead of being greeted I was told to move to the beginning of the counter where I was so the rep can see me I'm the only person standing in line no issue there no issue there moved exactly what I needed to be then I get to the cash register throwing my food in the bag and snatch the money out of my hand when I asked what is the attitude for she turn around and ignore me and when I asked for the manager she informed me that she is the manager and her name is Daniela terrible service will not walk into that store again

Very disappointed that you don't offer corn tortillas for the barbacoa tacos when I know that I eat corn tortilla tacos before not here but you should offer corn tortillas
Lady that gave me my Mobile order was rude, and gave off a hostile attitude. This was my first time ever ordering chipotle so I did not know what the drink options were so I asked and she said she can’t help me with that. Chips were stale.

This Chipotle location stands above most I've visited. The staff takes time to work not only with the customers but with each other as well. If there is any errors with an item added or not, they are quick to fix it. I recommend this location.
