Maybe it’s because we decided to stop here after the first big weekend for desert rats. The place had a line full of ‘em. Probably about 15 minutes just to get to the counter.
Staff was patient and pleasant. Red Chimichurri was still wrong. Salad hit the spot today. Same underfinished cabinetry to house the Klipse speakers. I just really don’t like the underfinished look; but, thanks for giving it a try.
In, out and back in the road for the very last leg of our 7000 mile journey and we hadn’t yet had Chipotle. Got it now. ✅

I tried ordering the Wholesome Bowl, and the employee confidently insisted it didn’t exist. She refused to check, telling me that “here we only put the ingredients in front of you and you have to pick,” as if making things difficult was part of the job description. Only after I told her to ask someone else did another employee show her the actual information, meaning she could’ve solved this in two seconds if she cared to.
She came back with attitude, started making the bowl aggressively avoiding my requests. Some people turn a simple order into unnecessary drama for no reason.
I cancelled and left. The arrogance and rudeness were impressive in the worst way. If customer service is such a burden, taking it out on customers isn’t the solution.

Got a burrito bowl today for lunch to eat at work, and after mixing it and already having several bites I noticed the lettuce have clumps of dirt stuck to a few pieces…lost my appetite after realizing that I probably ate some of that dirt. Do better at washing the veggies.

The wife made a mobile order and i asked for extra rice and beans on mine. Did not get the extra and didn't notice until i opened the order after we got home.

Consistently poor service at this location, only person in the restaurant in line to order and the employees instead of greeting or helping with my order just kept talking in the corner.
Been going to chipotle nearly weekly for 12 years and after many visits just like this I’m way scaling back.
Used to be good service and food to match. Try a different location maybe.
