I had to wait on food to be prepared as there were several empty containers. Heard employees say something along the lines of, "I didn't know that was my job today", when asked to get more chicken prepared. I did get fresh food for the weight. ?Had to wait on checking out as there was an employee stocking a pretty full bottle cooler right behind the register and they clearly saw me waiting, plus they had just rang up the person in front of me.I have always had good service at this location before. Maybe there was some tensions that day and I was a bit rushed for time. Just thought it was off from their normal friendly service. The place was not busy, it was very clean and the food delicious as usual. I love Chipotle.

I have to say, not having a Chipoltle in my area, I was really excited to try it! We went to the 32nd St. Location in Yuma, AZ. I was disgusted. There was not a single clean table in the entire restaurant and the floor was full of food and garbage. The glass infront of the food was so dirty you could hardly see through it. Every where I looked it was filthy. There were no napkins and some cutlery was empty and those bins were full of hair and fluff and gross things. I really enjoyed the food but I would NEVER eat at this filthy location again.

This is the holy grail of disorganization. The pickup lane is a misnomer. It should be named the parking lane instead. Customers were allowed to arrive early and wait for their food, instead of going around and waiting for their actual time. Other patrons and myself waited in excess of 20 minutes, trapped by the cars in both front and back. Entire order of food was cold. Could not contact the brach by phone either. The manager needs to be trained on how this procesure operates and train their staff. Thankfully there are other Chipotles in town.

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, I noticed that the bowl was empty, so I asked are you out of chicken? The server turned around to talk to the chef, cooking the food he looked so bothered by her question and pointed at a bowl on the table nearby. She scooped chicken out of the bowl and continued with my order. Tell me if I'm wrong the chef cooks the chicken and isn't he supposed to make sure the bowls are always full for the servers? ?I pay for my food and turn to the seating area food all over the floor. Why do I have to ask if someone can sweep up food off the floor and clean a table? ???

I'll be honest I've only ever taken it to go but I love the convenience of the driver thru, I always get my food on time and with big and even portions of whatever I ordered. I love you big curve chipotle.

40.00 for 2 burritos is ridiculous!! It costs 20.00 for 2 burritos at Del Taco for the same thing & we didn’t have to pay 2.65 for guacamole! The service was terrible & every empty table was dirty so we had to eat in our vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHIPOTLE !!
