Horrible experience! My party was supposed to start at 5pm. My family didn't get to go back until 5:45pm because of the extremely long check in process. They gave my food away to another party. It took over a hour to get my food just for someone else to be given it. I tried to order more food but they said it would be another hour. By that time I just gave up. Really disappointed with my experience.

This was our first family trip to chuck E Cheese in Yuma, it was a good time overall and the kids enjoyed themselves. We got tickets/points and the wrist band for the jump area/trampoline. They kept closing the jump area so it was limited, It appeared that they were short staffed. Another noteworthy thing was that all the arcade games and rides were really close to eachother and space was limited. Also, the pizza was edible, it was not great or anything. We probably won’t come back here 🥴

Very disappointed in this location. Probably the smallest Chuck E. Cheese location I have ever visited. They attempted to update the location by putting in the trampoline area however there is no playground available like other locations and in doing so they lost a lot of room for other games. I would definitely not pay extra just for that. Very limited selection of games available. My kids were asking to leave with 30 minutes saying they were “board” we had one nice encounter with one of the employees, the other employee that was there at the time was extremely rude to both adults and the children. We will most likely not return, unfortunate considering we pay for multiple gold monthly memberships.

Why is a underage worker at the register. She told us she wasn't allowed to sell beer and that her supervisor was busy. Not acceptable we waited for an hour and nothing that she was still busy. BAD SERVICE!

I been here couple times already and every time it’s the same thing, nothing new. The prices are crazy for food and points and the machines don’t even work my kids played like 5 and they were out of service and the ones that work don’t give that many points. The food takes over 1 hour to be ready. It’s just crazy how much we pay for our kids to have fun and it’s not worth it.
