Went here for my daughter’s 5th birthday and she had a BLAST! The staff were amazingly helpful and the environment clean and nice! The music wasn’t too loud and everything was very clean. The food was really good, too! Chuck E. Cheese came out and danced and met with the kids. He did an awesome job! I will be bringing my daughter here again.

Visited on Friday night and waited about 1 hour for a single pepperoni pizza. When I checked with a staff member, I was told it was “in the oven,” 10 minutes later I finally got it. Table next to me, got here 30 minutes after me and they got their stuff crust pizza at the same time. I guess stuff crust pizza takes less time. I understand Fridays are busy, but the wait time was horrible. My 3 little ones where the ones to suffer they should be ashamed of themselves.

Went there and an hour after I ordered my food it still had not been served. I asked a manager where my food was, she said the pizza got burnt and would be done in 5 min. 15 min later still no pizza and the young man making my pizza said my buzzer wasn’t working. Not sure which story was the issue. So eventually after 1 hour and a hungry kid I finally got 1 cheese pizza. Anytime I needed anything like, “hey where’s my pizza?” Or “can I get a box?” The entire staff would disappear for several minutes and there is literally no employee out on the floor. Very bizarre. Who checks the kids when the staff disappears for several minutes at a time?

We went for my son's birthday granted it was a Friday and had 1 birthday party going on BUT there was 5 workers and there was 1 who stood at the front even when customers weren't coming and going not helping coworkers. The lady behind the counter was swamped and could've used him to hop on a register. We waited a long time to order and then another 50 minutes for food. We gritted our teeth to pay $12 for salad bar and there was no ranch dressing croutons cottage cheese regular shredded cheese or a few other items. I can't remember them all. When I asked for a new salad plate I was told to reuse the one I had already used(I've been to other locations and am told not to reuse plates and to get a fresh one everytime) there were no lids for drinks and we grabbed the last 4 straws there was no ice and and no soda in 1 machine. On top of that there were no clean tables to sit at we had to wait for someone to clear their trash to get a table. Then when we played games 5 or 6 machines took time off the card and never worked. Skeeball game has balls all in 1 lane so the other 3 lanes have no balls to play with. It's was a hot mess in there. We are VERY DISAPPOUNTED AFTER SPENDING $164. Strongly considering other options next time.

Horrible experience! My party was supposed to start at 5pm. My family didn't get to go back until 5:45pm because of the extremely long check in process. They gave my food away to another party. It took over a hour to get my food just for someone else to be given it. I tried to order more food but they said it would be another hour. By that time I just gave up. Really disappointed with my experience.

This was our first family trip to chuck E Cheese in Yuma, it was a good time overall and the kids enjoyed themselves. We got tickets/points and the wrist band for the jump area/trampoline. They kept closing the jump area so it was limited, It appeared that they were short staffed. Another noteworthy thing was that all the arcade games and rides were really close to eachother and space was limited. Also, the pizza was edible, it was not great or anything. We probably won’t come back here 🥴
