We travel the country and when available, Church's is our Go To for chicken. Awesome flavor and crispness. Until today. Brought Yuma Church's chicken home and was shocked by what we received. Soft, mushy, uncooked chicken. Not safe to eat. If it weren't for being on the other side of town, I'd thrown it back at them. All other Church's send out email questionnaires. Not this place. Now I see why. Save your health and choose elsewhere.

I went in at 8:20, plenty of time before close just for them to tell me they have no chicken and it would be an almost 20 minute wait ? It’s Saturday night, you know you’re going to be busy and possibly have bigger orders, wait to clean the fryers or have enough chicken to take care of your customers without there being an insane wait for fast-food chicken. Extremely disappointed, cashier didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience .

Great food and good service but their air conditioning is really bad. They need to fix it. Unacceptable with the extreme heat of the Yuma summer.
Really upset I waited even after my online order pick up time, no one is answering the phones, they did not place my biscuits in my bag very unsatisfied. Now I have to go back to the store to pick up my missing food. There was multiple people going back in the restaurant asking for there missing items.

They have online they are open until 10 pm but they close an hour early without any notices. They don’t answer the phones and hide in the back to avoid giving refunds or the food that was already paid for.
