This is a super cute little coffee shop and the staff very friendly. We ordered 2 coffees. A frappe and an americano. I am only giving this place one star because it took more than 20 minutes to get our coffees. Had I not already paid I would’ve walked out. As a business owner I completely understand the importance of Google reviews. If we had been told wait time would be more than 20 minutes it would have at least let us decide if we were going to wait that long.

First visit, brother raved about this place. As we place our order the lady asks is there anything else we say yes and she proceeds to cash us out waiting for our money. Uhm we still needed more drinks...While looking at the menu, first time visiting, I am unable to read descriptions of drinks since it moves rather fast. Had to take a photo. Drinks are OK, prices are decent. Can't say I'll be returning. Wasn't wowed by the flavors nor service.Parking: Shopping center, plenty of parking.

Why does the business name have Coffee Bean in it but they dont even serve coffee?. I ordered a cold brew with cream and it came out with curdled cream. They offered to remake it and it just came out with an excessive amount of cream instead and tasted gross. The only thing fresh about the acai bowl was the banana slices. Frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries in what tasted like store-bought packaged smoothie mix. And despite getting no honey in it, it still tasted artificially sweet. Not leaving less stars because I just honestly wish they would do better and consider making acai fresher, and offering COFFEE at The Coffee Bean Espresso Bar. Still open to trying different items on their menu in the future.

I'm writing this in response to the owner asking for my feedback. The atmosphere was great and the service was good. I personally am an individual that likes a bolder coffee flavor in my lattes. I could taste the syrup and it had a good level of sweetness, I just love a stronger brew. I've traveled all over the world and have had some truly exceptional coffees. It's hard to find that same level here in Yuma.
