My dad I went to cold stone earlier this afternoon here in Yuma Arizona.the guy didn’t make our ice cream’s right.I won’t recommend them to anyone to go to .they need to be retrained or get fired

Very slow service and very very expensive

Bad Customer Service Bri was not attentive listening or even cared to help while trying to figure out what the ice cream was called. I was unaware of the ingredients and she just said you want it plain or what? Instead of helping me find out what toppings it came with. She did not mix my ice cream just balled it all up in the cup. Bri was the server.

I stopped at Cold Stone in Yuma for the first time and found the employees to helpfully and politely and the ice cream was good but the floor and tile toe kick were filthy and it was obvious that it had been that way for some time.

Good ice cream, very nasty housekeeping!

I recently visited the Cold Stone in the Yuma mall area and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. The employees seemed disinterested and neglectful, making the whole visit feel quite unwelcoming.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was far from acceptable. The countertops were sticky, and there was an overall lack of tidiness that made me question the hygiene standards.

While I’ve always enjoyed Cold Stone’s ice cream, this particular location failed to meet basic expectations for service and cleanliness. I hope they can improve these aspects in the future.

This is the worst Cold Stone in the country. I have been to many cold stone locations throughout the nation. The customer service here is terrible. The people working there have a nasty attitude. You walk in, they don’t even greet you, they look at you bothered because you walk in, and if you ask them to please give you a little more of an ingredient, they tell you “I will have to charge you for that” HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Great ice creamPrices are high but you could expect it for a good brand

I love this place for the variety of ice cream and cones, not to add all the extras you can add to your sweet tooths . Took my grandchildren for desert on their Birthdays! They loved it! Big Thank you to Alize for going on & beyond to make this day special! She was very friendly, fun and patient with my grandchildren! We will be going back soon!
