Horrible customer service. I had been in line for about 5 mins and was next when one of the employees walked in with people she clearly knew. She never even looked at me and started waiting on them when I was clearly next in line. No need to support service like that.

Great place for ice cream.

I took a date to this store a little after 7pm on a Friday night on 3 Oct 2025. We stood in the store waiting for over 10 mins without seeing a single person that worked there. After standing there for the 1st 5 mins we tried yelling to get their attention with no luck. I don’t know how they couldn’t hear us considering we could hear them laughing and joking around in the back the whole time. People were going in and out of the store with the door buzzer going off the whole time and still no one came. Eventually had to leave with my date disappointed. Another couple came in with their son, and had to leave with him crying. Horrible experience, can’t believe those people are getting paid to sit in the back and joke while leaving the store unattended.

My dad I went to cold stone earlier this afternoon here in Yuma Arizona.the guy didn’t make our ice cream’s right.I won’t recommend them to anyone to go to .they need to be retrained or get fired

Bad Customer Service Bri was not attentive listening or even cared to help while trying to figure out what the ice cream was called. I was unaware of the ingredients and she just said you want it plain or what? Instead of helping me find out what toppings it came with. She did not mix my ice cream just balled it all up in the cup. Bri was the server.

I stopped at Cold Stone in Yuma for the first time and found the employees to helpfully and politely and the ice cream was good but the floor and tile toe kick were filthy and it was obvious that it had been that way for some time.

I recently visited the Cold Stone in the Yuma mall area and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. The employees seemed disinterested and neglectful, making the whole visit feel quite unwelcoming.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was far from acceptable. The countertops were sticky, and there was an overall lack of tidiness that made me question the hygiene standards.

While I’ve always enjoyed Cold Stone’s ice cream, this particular location failed to meet basic expectations for service and cleanliness. I hope they can improve these aspects in the future.
