Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We just love their food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is always delicious. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. You won’t be disappointed

We had a fried chicken dinner and a chicken strips dinner last night, 4-12-25. It was a delicious meal. The sides were great too. Our server lost connection with his electronic ticket and handled our order the old fashioned way. He provided excellent service. It was a great experience.

We had a great dinner (2/22/25) at Yuma location. Our server was amazing, thanks for everything Nayeli ❤️

Food was good but not up to the Cracker Barrel standards. All aspects were off. Obviously a management situation. Will not be going to the Yuma location again. Have enjoyed Cracker Barrel all over the country as RVers.

Waited 40 minutes for my order AFTER the scheduled pickup time. I watched a couple eat inside and leave before I received my order. Not busy at all, no excuses. Last time I dine with the barrel

Soggy bread. No silverware. Ordered the fish fry, 1.5 hours before close. Over the busy night, apparently, the cooks had built a pile of rejected pieces for being small, dry, and overcooked. They took those rejects, plated them up, and served them to me. The waiter threw the cooks under the bus by telling me that when he grabbed the tray, he tried sending the fish back. The cooks told him to "take it out anyways."
A 4-Star waiter, having 2 years experience, should have refused to bring it out. Instead, both the cook and the waiter decided to give it to me anyways. The waiter took it back. When they brought it out the second time, half were overcooked and the okra was soggy and raw.
The Mac and cheese was soggy and runny, which means they're not following the recipe card for ingredient measurements, not ice bathing the pasta after boiling, and skipping the roux.
Grilled cheese was overcooked and skimpy on the cheese.
Would have given 1 star, but the waiter was really outgoing and kind.

I loved their pancakes, I know the wait to get in on peak hours is long, but…Cold mashed potatoes , cold coffee, long wait for everything even on non-peak hours. (7:30pm).

Having breakfast here has become almost an obligation, I love the taste of their pancakes, they are unique, with the hot maple syrup, it has an excellent atmosphere and usually has great service.

Our waiter was amazing. I have always loved Cracker Barrel. Unfortunately I asked for a medium rare steak and received a well done and it was too tough to eat. Disappointed but will try again next time
