I got all 3 poorly made blizzards. Only had 3-4 bites of cheesecake and i paid for extra and it was a waste of my money. They need to be retrained with these young kids working it. such a shame and awful experience, don’t go here. go to any other one’s

Ordered the Turtle pecan blizzard. The best I ever had. They custom made it in chocolate per my request.
Very upset. I asked for a Rocky road and got a reply saying “ rocky road? We don’t have that.” Then I asked for a banana milkshake. The cashier relayed “banana mint?” and I corrected him and said milkshake. Once I got the milkshake I didn’t notice the color since I was dark but, he made the banana milkshake with MINT ICECREAM AS WELL. This is not what I wanted.

Got a turtle blizzard through the drive thru and it is a milk shake. Husband's is a blizzard. Mine, over blinded mess. Sad excuse for a blizzard. Wondered why she didn't turn it upside down.
