I've been going to this Dairy Queen my entire life and it has never let me down. Excellent DQ quality that you can rely on. We dined in recently and it was a little tricky to hear the staff behind the plexiglass. Something I LOVE LOVE LOVE about this location is the vintage DQ light fixtures.

How hard can it be to make a blizzard right seriously

I’m from Alaska and we do NOT have a DQ so this was a treat for me. I went in to order and OMG this was literally the first time in a LONG time where I’ve had amazing customer service and from what looked to be like young kids. I was so impressed with how pleasant and fast the service was. I had to ask for the kids names because of how wonderful I was treated. Thank you Aaron and Damon for being kind and fast workers. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be stopping by again before I head back home.

Good if they have Hamburgers

Horrible customer service!! Forgot or never learned, someone else sells the exact same thing & their employees want to get paid. These employees apparently think you have to buy from them.

This is where I go once a week after therapy. I get myself a treat to remind myself that life's too short to stress the small stuff. Focus on myself, getting myself healing that I've needed for years. Dairy Queen always hits the spot. This is the DQ at 32nd I believe, if I'm not mistaken. First time inside, my blizzard was turned upside down to show its thickness.... sooo good.

This is okay. They're not a full DQ so don't expect hot food items. The staff are alright but don't seem to care about being there. The store has a nice older feel to it, but without any of the charm you'd expect. It's fine for a quick stop for a blizzard or a blended drink though and their drive through had a nice, wide lane if you can resist the siren call of the much better Dutch Bros nearby.

This is the epitomy of sad.....I ordered a box of Peanut Buster Bars. The ice cream layers were crystalline and not at all creamy. More like low fat ice milk. I hope that the downturn in economy since COVID hasn't made it impossible for these businesses to recover and thrive. DQ should be a gathering place in th communities we live in!!! One DQ in town has had the sewer dug up and a project ongoing for months. All locations here (three that I've seen ) have the same small square footage & flat roof with maybe only a couple small tables if that. Then I drove by today and saw this message below the DQ signage. My hometown DQ was a STELLAR example of everything right about the establishment of a business and how it becomes a destination, not just for today but for decades. Not merely for customers but for young job seekers and energetic youth developing their people and process skills and their college saving funds. A DQ can be a gathering place after parades, ball games, and graduations! Babies to Geriatric family members ought to build memories around first dilly bar and last banana split. Please tell me this is not the end of an era!!!

Not sure why but not all 3 DQs are the same. The 32nd St location is for sure the best flavor, service, order time completion and cleanliness.
