Everyone working here tonight is so friendly and awesome! We’ve been here a few times recently and the staff is consistently kind and courteous. The restaurant itself is clean, the service is fast, and the food and ice cream are always tasty and fresh. Honestly everything is top notch. But it’s the employees especially who keep us coming back with how friendly and accommodating they are! Will definitely keep coming back. Best Dairy Queen in Yuma for sure!!! Thanks!

While I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the great service from the staff, I was disappointed to find that this location doesn’t serve burgers, which is what I came in for. Instead, the menu was limited to chicken items, and I noticed a lack of variety with no lettuce options available. I ended up ordering the six-piece tenders and a milkshake, which were adequate after my workout, but it wasn't quite what I had hoped for.

To improve the experience, it might be helpful for the restaurant to consider expanding the menu to include burgers or other options that could attract more customers. I even mentioned to one of the staff members that the lack of burgers might be a reason for the low foot traffic during my visit. With a more diverse menu, the location could potentially see an increase in business. Thank you for the laughter and good vibes, but I hope to see some changes in the future!

I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in years. I was surprised that the only chicken dishes thay had no burgers. Always enjoy the ice cream treats.

Been here 2-3 times and never gotten the order correct. Maybe try computers?

My wifes favorite. Not that the drive thru is really tight. It was rough on my Ram 3500 mega cab. I had to back up some and still hit the curb.

I recently stopped by the Dairy Queen in the foothills, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The ice cream was just "okay"—not bad, but nothing to write home about. What really stood out, though, was the poor service. The employees were incredibly rude and seemed entirely uninterested in providing a positive experience. Their demeanor was off-putting, and honestly, they looked like they were in a daze, which was quite concerning.

As for the cleanliness of the place, it was horrendous. The floors were sticky, the tables weren't wiped down, and it just felt uncomfortable to sit and enjoy my dessert in such a messy environment.

If you're looking for a delightful ice cream experience, I highly recommend heading to the Baskin-Robbins just down the street instead. Not only do they have a much better selection of flavors, but their staff is friendly and attentive. Plus, they maintain a clean atmosphere, and you’ll get better value for your money there as well. Save yourself the disappointment and choose Baskin-Robbins
