My friend and I come to Yuma a few times a year. We got here Oct 2025. We decided to eat dinner at Daybreakers Cafe. Honestly the food just so so. The waitress/ bartender was great. No complaints there. A few days ago we were at a craft show and won a $50 gift certificate to the Daybreakers Cafe. This certificate supported the local animal rescue. The owner of the Daybreakers Cafe would NOT honor this certificate. I'm sure I won't be back.

8.95 breakfast deal til 11 am was ok. I chose French toast ,egg and sausage. I added hashbrowns on the side and they tasted off but French toast was great,egg perfect and sausage good. Service was lovely. They were very jovial,attentive and friendly. We did a painting game after our meal and they were sweet to allow is extra time.

A friendly restaurant that has an amazing breakfast. I went big - the Truckers Special. You cannot go wrong with it. Eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and pancakes. When the hostess sat me at the table the first words out of her mouth were, “Would you like some coffee?” - music to my ears and no wait whatsoever. I highly recommend this place as a great place for great food.

Great food and great service. We had a pleasant experience. We were there on Kareokee night and the singing was entertaining and humerus. I had a steak, potato and tortilla soup. It was nearly perfect. We also had dessert. My favorite dessert is cherry pie Alamo. Daybreakers serves Thrifty Ice Cream which is another favorite of mine. They delivered one great surprise after another. It was a great evening with family and friends.
The cook knew what I meant when I said I wanted extra gravy. Excellent full order of biscuits and gravy!

I have gone there 3 times. Fiest at 8pm on a Friday. Closing. Would nit serve. Next on a Saturday 8 om. Could o nly get one wine. No food. Yesterday Monday at 6:30. Was told last call at 6pm. Could not get served. This is supposed new owner. I have lived in yuma many years. This is a truck stop café. This forced me to talk with truckers. I amnot a trucker. The drivers have black listed this place. Now I have too. They had two locations. Other is out if business. Sure this one is next. So sad.
