The service was just fine. It was quick enough and it was probably prepared the way it’s supposed to be. But it was not good. It didn’t taste good. There are a bunch of french fries in my burrito? Why would I pay 11 bucks for a bunch of french fries with a few pieces of steak on it? I’m hard no.

Ordered a milkshake waited 20 mins, then the employee that took my order came up to me and said the ice cream machine is not working and offered me a fountain drink instead lost 2$ and 20mins of time

I’m picky with fries I always ask for them extra cooked because for me personally they a little stale or hardened still. Not 100% soft but I still haven’t perfected my fries at home either 🤭

We walked in to order at the Del Taco on 32nd and 8th on Sunday August 3,2023 around 12:15pm in Yuma Arizona. The young lady taking the order was in a hurry, to the point that I brought it to her attention. I ordered but my husband had to order, she was impatient with that. When the food was ready the same young lady placed it on the counter without an acknowledgment to us that it was our order to take. We tried eating the burrito but all the stuffing was coming out on the sides, obviously too much of a hurry to fold it correctly. Please better training to those who represent your restaurant, and your workers certainly make a difference whether we continue going to your store or decide to go elsewhere when it comes to friendly customer service. If I am allowed I will show a picture of their version of how the burrito was handed to us.. tortilla was more in a half with all meat, bean and cheese coming out from the sides.

Good food, decent prices, long wait for food (30mins in drive thru with only 3 people ahead) Shakes have great flavor but are more like chocolate milk, too runny.

I got del taco because I didn’t want to eat the same thing over and over again. But anyways, I got my food and it was extremely dry and it looked like it was rushed. But when I took a bite out of my burrito, I had the feeling to vomit. The burrito was disgusting and I threw it away in the trash right after. But don’t get me started on the service. The worker sounded like he didn’t want to work here. I can probably see why. But anyways next time please and I mean it, Please mop your floors and get better employees. Thank you.

NEVER get enough hot sauce in the drive thru even when I ask for extra, I still never get it. Or I get told they can only give so much when I ask for more. If I can grab as much as I want when I'm inside the restaurant then why can't I have as much as I want in the drive thru?
