Location was closed, no notification at drive thru, drive thru window, or in store, trying to get a refund for my mobile order pickup...10 other cars went through the drive thru while I was there, everyone eventually left since no one was in the store. Is this location permanently closed now?

First and last time I ever go to a dunkin donuts. If I pay for the food I want all the food included in the order unless they didn’t charge me for the egg they left out. Not to mention the wait for burnt food.

I went to the drive thru speaker and nobody answered for 5 minutes so I pulled to the window and nobody came for another 5 minutes, this was 8am. I walked inside to pickup my order and both associates were sitting at the table in the middle of the mcx talking. Once I grabbed my food it was wrong and I didn’t have the patience to go back and get the rest and the best part of it is the phone line isn’t working. Don’t waste your time going here even for the convenience of being on base.

Absolutely horrible service. Today I sent inside to order and notice there is new staff, I got a match latte and avocado toast. I come here maybe 4 times a month and never have i ever got this bad of service or quality of food....my toast wasn't even toasted the girl just spreaded avocado. If I'm gonna pay for something I expect to get what I paid for.

For weeks they have been out of donuts and their screens have been broken. A dunkin on base would be convenient, my husband loves it, we would be ordering here daily. If only it actually had the items he wants.
I don’t think they have ever gotten an order right the first time, and I’ve bothered to go back to get it fixed only to still be wrong. I’m convinced they don’t even have coffee at this location. This is a cup of milk with some color in it.

Once a week I play out the definition of insanity and attempt to place an order here, but their system will inevitably be down; if it’s up, they will be out of what I want to order; if they have what I want to order, it will take 15+ minutes to fill the order; and what I get in the bag won’t be what I ordered, but I’d rather throw it away than tempt fate and go through the line again. On par with the Miramar Dominoes, which I didn’t think was possible.

This place is by far the worst drive thru I have ever seen. Especially on base. Sat at the order speaker for 20 minutes to get told that hot sandwiches will take 20 minutes…whoever the manager is needs to be fired. Workers are nice and I’m sure it isn’t their fault but this establishment sucks overall. Been this way since it opened and idk how the owner hasn’t gotten a clue and fixed it yet.

This Dunkin' is a disappointment. Almost every time I go, there is an issue with my order. Either I receive a wrong item, drink is not made correctly, or they forget an item. Doesn't matter what day of the week it is, they are frequently out of multiple products, such as types of donuts, syrups, and sandwiches. Service can be extremely slow at times and some workers don't really seem to care. I figured it would get better now that they have been open for a while, but they are a disaster.
