Went to Dunkin for the very first time ever. was very excited because i’ve seen so much good about them. When we got to the drive thru it felt like we were a bother being there. Obviously since we’ve never been to dunkin we just ordered off the menu which apparently was out of date because they had very little that was listed. The worker was very stand offish and didn’t offer any help in helping find something since the menu was out of date. Will probably not return to a dunkin.

When ever I visit my mother I bring her here. We've been happy each time.
She will complain at the drop of a hat, but sits chatting and sipping her coffee. So it must be perfect!
The doughnuts have been consistent each time we stop. We both are stuck in our habits and get the same thing each time. Always there, always good,
I'm partial to the apple fritter. MMMMmmm!

Let me start off by saying Brenner is amazing and has the best customer service. He is always happy to help customers and his drinks are always perfect.

Now, onto the worst experience I’ve had… I ordered 6 of the sausage wraps and I got some chipotle ones without sausage. I brought them back to the guy with braces and said I’m missing two and also these don’t have sausage. He yelled at me and said “yes they do!” I opened them up in front of him and asked where is the sausage? He got all angry and said fine I’ll remake all of them and took the wraps. He was angry at ME because he made them wrong? Wow. Then he began yelling at Vanessa telling her she better take the orders correctly. They began yelling back at each other. I’m not sure if she started crying. The service here with that guy with braces was horrible. It’s not a big deal, just say “oh I’m sorry, I’ll remake them.” But instead he got angry and yelled at everyone. The last part is that the girl charged me for 4 of the meal deals when I still only got 3. I wasn’t about to go and tell him I was overcharged. 😬

Great customer service! Extremely welcoming staff. The gentleman that took my order was extremely sweet and helpful. Everyone had a smile! Started my morning off great. Kudos to such a great team!! Morning staff is the best!!!

Served me 2 rock hard stale chocolate chip muffins and when I brought them back, the girl working the cash register didn't know what to do about it even after I asked for fresh ones, said she'd get the manager. After standing there for 15 minutes I finally gave up and walked out. They lost a very regular that spends 15 dollars at least every time I go in.

I will never understand why a donut shop is open but has no donuts. Poor mgmt?
Thankfully the staff is great and I get coffee that's pretty good, but I think they run out of popular donuts by 9am.
