This Dunkin does a great job at being consistent and fast with their orders. I have very few issues here and when I do, they are resolved quickly. The manager is super personable and runs a tight ship.

Ordered a frozen mocha coffee. Didn't get whip cream and wasn't asked so thought maybe things had changed since I hadn't been there in a while. Should have tasted it in the store. It tasted like it had no coffee in it at all. What a complete waste of money, won't go back. They used to be good.

I was at Dunking this morning like every morning before work but today Mr Santos was there drive thru window and he was rude with no costumer service whatsoever. Please Mr “santos” if you DO NOT like the job you were hired to do pls find a job somewhere else where you do not have to deal with customers, being upset and having an attitude with customers because your were busy this morning doing YOUR job is no excuse.

We went to this Dunkin this morning and it wasn’t a good experience. I ordered two large drinks and one got rang up as medium and I told the guy at the window hey this was supposed to be a large and he said no it’s medium that’s how it got rang up. Well that’s not what I said but okay I get it things happen. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich and when we got the order read back to us it was on there but when we got to the window no breakfast sandwich. When we asked he told us we didn’t order a sandwich. And needed to make a new order. Will probably not come back to this Dunkin because of the man working the window.

By far the worst ever! He read the order back to us and still didn’t put it on the order. Then he tried to blame us for not telling him. They messed up multiple items that we ordered as well. I went inside to get it fixed and the gentleman that helped gave my wife and I the DIRTIEST look. They said they would try to fix it when I came around front and they didn’t help at all and made me buy another entire sandwhich.
I have been ordering a large iced matcha latte for the past couple weeks almost daily the same way every time. I don't know how at this point someone can mess it up every time I usually have to go from the drive through into the building and go get it fixed this is getting ridiculous. The prices change on the same drink, and the employees stay the same . It's almost as if they don't care about the job or their customers. I hope that this changes soon otherwise I will find a different location or company to order from.Next time I will be speaking to the manager directly.
