This is the worst dutch bros by far in Yuma, me and my husband went to Dutch bros via the drive thru, we were in the second lane, there was no signs that indicated the second drive thru lane was closed and yet the girl taking the orders outside clearly doesn’t know how to because she stayed in the first lane and ignored us while she kept looking at us she just kept ignoring us. Until she finally got to us 3 cars later (mind you we were the first car in the 2nd lane) and on top of that, we have to wait an extra 10 minutes at the window because the guy working window decide that they want to just keep talking to this one certain car. Like I would understand if that cars drinks were not made and he was talking to the car to kill time but no, he got his drink instantly and yet the guy at window decided to hold up the line to talk to this person, and on top of that he took so long that after we left, they were able to fly by with 3 other orders (like they got their drinks instantly), so 3 different people (not including me) had to wait just because someone doesn’t know how to work. Don’t get me wrong, Dutch bros is so good but please don’t waste your time coming to this location. Go to big curve or foothills. This is the worst one by far

I usually stop at this Dutch Bros about once a month on my way to Texas. The service has always been just decent, never great, but today it was worse than usual.
I ordered at the drive up window, as I always do at Dutch Bros. It took quite a while for them to bring my drink while I stood outside in the Arizona heat with no cover. When my drink finally came, it had only a few boba pearls, even though I had ordered it with boba. I politely mentioned that my drink barely had any. The employee, whose name started with a V (I believe it was Viridiana), loudly yelled back that we were “complaining about the boba.” Instead of simply explaining that they had run out, she took the drink back with an attitude and scraped boba from the container in a rude manner.
A simple “we’re out of boba” would have been fine, but the way she handled the situation came off as dismissive and unprofessional. Very disappointing, especially for a place I frequent. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
