Got 2 coffees.one pumpkun spice,one caramel..with topping and she didnt add it 2 my order..so he gave it 2 me.i was upset she didnt add it when she asked me i said i wanted it and didnt add it she walked away..in a daze...no wonder i didnt get it.my daughters was fine just screwed mine up.il stick with dunkin donuts,starbucks thanks.

Dutch Bros at 4th Ave & Catalina never disappoints! The crew here is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. I waited 20 minutes literally for them to make my drink wrong. When I saw it I knew it didn’t look right and when I said something, the guy said I was wrong. I don’t mind waiting if you make me my drink correctly as I was looking forward to it all morning. This is the third time it’s happened so they’ve now lost a customer.

The drinks are good but it’s very aggravating how shamelessly aggressive these folks ask for tips. I do not want an iPad shoved in my face while you performatively say “it’s just going to ask you a question” for the thousandth time that day simply for doing the job they signed up for.
Especially if I’m walking up to the window myself and ordering a drink that is already premade. Dutch bros needs to train their employees better because this is very embarrassing on their part to let their brand be known for their employees asking for free money.

Good coffee, just don't freak them out by ordering a plane dark roast hot coffee. I literally felt bad for them because they were trying so hard to figure out how to give me that. It seems all their products have some kind of something mixed in them. The coffee was good The service was fast and the people were very nice.

This location always messes up my tea. They never follow my instructions and the drinks looks so pale. This and the other 4th ave location always does this. Not even worth going anymore. My aquaberry looks so light.
