First and last visit to this Dutch Bros. Staff was present, but attentive and knowledgeable that was not in today's description. My beverage was a far cry from what was ordered which was a blended white coffee anihalator what i received blended milk, did I go back to fix it...no...why?because when it's obvious you're not wanted their in the first place...why go back for another round of disappointment. I'll save myself for the real thing when I take a trip back home to Grants Pass where it all started...home of the Caveman.
Dutch Bros on Fortuna Road is hands down the best! My order is always spot-on, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. They make every visit quick, easy, and enjoyable. One of my favorite things is how thoughtful they are with my dog — they always have a pup cup ready, which makes our stops extra special. It’s that kind of consistent, personal touch that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location for great drinks and even better service!

This hasn’t happened all the time but it has become consistent that the workers do not like to remake drinks under any circumstance. As well as lying and saying it is made right (like come on i can tell between campout cold brew and you just giving me cold brew with nothing in it) Staff will make comments and faces while you are right there at window. Very rude and only just made me laugh because it shouldn’t be so hard to remake a drink on their menu (not even customized) but instead they are so bothered by it. Please do better…😌
