Took over 15 minutes to make two drinks. They spent way more time talking and giggling with each other. No greeting or happy faces like it used to be. Only time she smiled was when a male coworker came and greeted her. Handed me the drinks without saying what they were or to have a nice day. Customer service is terrible at this location. Would rather drive to one of the other ones.

Slowest service everThey come to your car but you do not get a chance to look at the menu because thier is not one further out.the wait time is insaneMaybe someone should run orders rather then have you set in line for an hour. Totally unorganized.

Help the customers that are in line first and have been waiting. Maybe if the music was lower DutchBros employees would be able to hear the customers order correctly.

Sooo much better than Starbucks!!! It's not scorching hot and doesn't tasted burnt like I feel Starbucks does. Just great flavor.

I love Dutch bros but this location is terrible. Just spent a full 1 hour waiting in this line. Got trapped in the line and couldn’t leave. Put us way behind on our road trip. 1 hour!? For not even an abnormally long line? Insane
