First time I go to this place the truth is tacos are boomb the truth is very delicious we tried the al pastor and head the charro beans not to mention it is very good the truth is the man is very kind support him I don't understand why his business is alone if everything is very good

Our family were just passing through Yuma, and had been disappointed by tacos we had in another part of town. We saw this cart pod on our way back to our hotel and stopped. With tons of options, I consulted Reddit and found Fidel’s mentioned a few times.
First off, Fidel was so kind and friendly! He loved our little baby and even came out to say hi. We got carne asada and Al pastor tacos. They were so yummy! But per the recommendations online, we got the frijoles charro. THAT was a treat.
10/10 would recommend checking out Fidel’s. Only difficulty may be the hours.

How do you do justice to these great tacos, unless you try them yourself? I got carne asado and mixtos, quesadilla con carne and frijoles charros. Tacos were generously meaty with good flavor, salsa verde was very good. Frijoles charros were the right amount of spicy (where they don't overwhelm the flavor). Don Fidel provided great service with a big smile; good taste and music and I was able to have a great conversation until his next client arrived. Very clean with nice night ambience. CASH ONLY but worth it.

I went in to order take out but it was cash only but Fidel was nice enough to let me enjoy one to try it out, (delicious btw) while trying out the taco Fidel and I had such a heartwarming conversation, he went on to tell me a bit about his life and how he got to where he’s at right now and it touched my heart, this is a man with passion for what he does not only for what he does but for life in general we bonded over the music he was playing like Los Bukis while he was giving me advice on life as I told him i’m currently a college student balancing work life, this is a man with knowledge who loves to leave an impact on his customers, he shows his love through the food he makes and serves, this was a moment i’ll never forget! I will definitely be going more (with cash) and calling him for any catering events!
