1st time we’ve been here: got take out. Expensive but worth it! Best ‘fast food’ burger and fries ever! The staff was great too! Will go back!

I absolutely love five guys but this was the worst experience I've ever had.I ordered, waited outside for the food while listening to the TWO SPEAKERS playing music.After too long waiting I went in to ask about my food. The guy says oh we have no speakers outside.I then asked for the shake I ordered. This guy wouldn't take two friggin steps to get it for me and told me to walk around to the shake area to get it.Food was good but won't come back to this particular five guys as their service and attitude both suck.

Ordered a hamburger all the way and they left off the grilled onions, ketchup and mustard. Fries were greasy and soggy, not crispy cooked in rancid oil. Online price says $7.09 price is actually $9.59 cashier just said inflation. Maybe they should update the online information and the restaurant is very cold so wear a coat if you dare to go there.
