Traveling through town and saw this cute cafe. Walked in and immediately got passed off from one host to another. Restaurant was 1/3 filled and we were told we could be put on the list and to come back in 50min since we didn’t have a reservation (I tried to call and their number is disconnected & they don’t have any reserve option on Google Maps) Understand if it’s a staffing issue but let us know as we’re looking around an empty restaurant. I’ve done a lot of traveling and haven’t felt this level of hostility in a while. Good luck.

This is the freshest food I have eaten at an restaurant. Simply amazing. Super friendly staff that is there to help at any second. It is all outdoor seating. So be prepared and dress accordingly!!! We was here in January and I was in a tee shirt. It's also kinda hard to find from the street parking. It's nestled in between the historical buildings. But just a neat eating experience. They do stay busy. All around enjoyable experience.

The Garden Cafe experience was amazing. The food, service, and atmosphere exceeded expectations, and is a highlight of Yuma hospitality. Thanks to Brian, Andrea, and all of the Cafe team for making our breakfast an amazing dining adventure.

Absolutely amazing brunch and service! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is charming and relaxed and the ambience truly sets this place apart. The gentle sounds of birds throughout the garden create such a peaceful, almost magical atmosphere. It feels like you’re brunching in a little oasis away from the city. The birdsong, greenery, and fresh air make the experience incredibly relaxing and elevate an already amazing brunch and service. A total gem in every sense and easily one of my new favorites. Can’t wait to come back!

Just a little wait when busy, but the food is worth the wait. Excellent food and environment, but have patience, food is fresh.

This is our new spot!! We can never get our toddler to sit still at normal restaurants. The whole time he was just mesmerized by all the greenery, birds chirping, and ate all of his food (which is extremely seldom). The service was top tier. We had the tri-tip dip, the meat was sooo juicy and cooked to perfection. We also had the taco salad which was great. Will definitely be coming back.

A real treat. If you are only visiting Yuma once and want to catch some family run breakfast this is the spot. I own an all day breakfast and lunch restaurant on Vancouver Island Canada and I can tell you these folks have a good experience figured out.

Evidently you have become elitist since you don't post prices for on line menu

The highlight of our trip would be getting to eat Sunday brunch at the Garden Cafe. Let me tell you about this Sunday brunch. First, the setting is beautiful. There's a lot of delicious Mexican dishes, casserole type egg dishes. theres just so many choices, all of which are fabulous. Top shelf items include all sorts of fruits, desserts, breads, vegie dishes, and meats.
The seasoned tri-tip steak was delicious and my favorite.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Any time I'm in Yuma, I will be stopping by.

My lunch bunch group had lunch on Friday, 5/16 & we were celebrating some birthdays. A couple of the servers must be new & in training, but there were a few poor service areas. We asked for extra ice, she brought some, but she carried the glssses w/her fingers in the glasses; I asked if your yummy strawberry/turkey salad was on the menu, she said she would check(she never advised if it was); some of the ladies asked for dessert, but never got forks to use, one person had to ask for a fork 3×; since we were celebrating some bdays it would have been nice if wait staff acknowledged this. We were towards the back entrance on the south side terraced area w/fountain& a lovely area. Thought you should know about this. The Garden Cafe is one of our favorite lunch places. Thank you, Judy
They just ignored me like I was invisible, I wonder if it had to do with me being Mexican and everyone there was Caucasian. That is just sad
