Food is dirty. Not just this but most food hubs in us are compromising quality.
I eat a veg piza and it seams like i eat something from a garbage bin.

We placed an order using the app. When we arrived, the pizza hadn't been started. The staff was very apologetic and went out of their way to get the pizza baked quickly, while we waited. The location of the Godfathers is inside the truck stop so there was alot of traffic. The pizza did taste fantastic - once we got it and drove home.

On our way back to Arizona from San Diego, we stopped at a gas station in Yuma to refuel and grab a quick bite. Inside, I noticed there was a Godfather’s Pizza. I’ve seen the name before but had never actually tried it, so I figured this was the perfect chance to finally see what it was all about.
I ordered a personal pizza, just enough for a quick meal on the road. I wasn’t expecting much from a gas station pizza setup, but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The toppings were fresh, plentiful, and well-balanced across the whole pizza—not just a few pieces scattered in the middle. Every bite had a good mix of sauce, cheese, and toppings.
The best part was the flavor. I had braced myself for something overly salty or heavy, like a lot of fast-food or convenience pizzas tend to be, but this one was not like that at all. The seasoning was just right—enough flavor to be satisfying without going overboard. The dough was another highlight: nice and crispy on the outside without being tough or chewy, and still soft enough inside to feel like a proper pizza, not something that had been sitting around too long.
For a quick road-trip stop, this ended up being a very solid meal. I left feeling satisfied but not weighed down, which is exactly what you want when you still have miles to drive. I would definitely order from this Godfather’s Pizza again. Next time, I’d like to try a regular-sized pizza to see how it compares, but based on this first experience, I’m confident it will be just as good.
If you’re traveling and want something better than the usual gas station fare, this Godfather’s Pizza is absolutely worth a stop.
The prices are current as of 10/2025

By far the worst personal Pizza I ever tasted, didn't finish.. I pulled over on the freeway on my way home and threw it out the window!!! The pizza was gooey undercooked and something was foul.

Godfathers Pizza is amazing. But.... This isn't exactly Godfathers. No jumbo pizza, no telephone number, no coupons, it's a truck stop with Godfathers Pizza. Walk up, place your order, pay full price preferably with a card. Go wait in your car for 20 minutes return and get your pizza. Yummy yummy.
Was a truck stop, pizza was awesome, several workers working both GF & Subway, not too much attention to pizza, waited 15 mins for help while all associates were just standing & talking at subway,
Didn't sit inside took home

Good staff service but they take a long time to make the pizza. And the price is not in tune with the pizza. Too expensive, I expected a better one.
Price is just stupid for a rake out place. Cost over $42 cdn for a large.
One of my favorite pizza's in town ~~~~
Does anyone answer the phone anymore?!

Ask for light chess and topping. My pizza had way too much cheese.

The Mushroom-Swiss Burger Pizza was tasty. There isn't really any sauce but a red sauce would be out of place. The personal size pizza seemed small for $8 and change but I think it is just hard getting used to the current inflation.
