I’ve never stopped by for them only Unni but every time I’ve entered the front staff were always so friendly that l finally caved and ordered two rolls for my husband, they were yummy and fresh! Good job Gozen! Will definitely become a regular. :)

My wife and I arrived at our table at 6:02 pm on 2/19/2026. At 6:47pm our order had not arrived. The waitress had come around earlier and informed all the tables that the kitchen was having problems. At 6:50, I decided to leave, and then the waitress was bringing our order. She asked if we were leaving, and if we were going to pay our bill. I informed her that we would not be eating or paying as we had already been there an hour. She thought we had only been there for 30 minutes. The two large TVs displayed the time. While I am disappointed in my experience, it is not the wait staff's fault. No manager came into the dining area to check on guests while something was going on in the kitchen. The wait staff was put into an impossible position by bad leadership and management. I do not recommend this establishment because they cannot manage their kitchen. Customers who were there before us were still waiting for their food when we left.

This was our first visit and Pepe rolled out the red carpet. We arrived early and had the place to ourselves. We ordered rolls as an appetizer along with half and half ice tea. They had a big screen TV on which we watch asian bakeries perfom their craft, very enjoyable to watch since my wife loves to bake sourdough bread.
Next we ordered bento boxes as our main course, very good, my wife the beef bulgogi and I had the chicken. Very tasty.
We enjoyed out dinner but then the crowds started rolling in with all the noise and cellphone chatter to go with it. Next time I will go even earlier to avoid the crowds.

I came here while visiting my mom and we had a great time. The food was so good and I really enjoyed the decide and the little store on the other side. The only thing is that there was only one guy serving by himself, but we had a good time and I enjoyed it.

My boyfriend and I went there last night to try it out for the first time …we asked for a table for 2 and the host just kept saying “um um “a bunch of times almost as if she wanted to deny us bc there to busy….i said how long would the wait be since she hasn’t said anything yet and she said 15 because the tables are very dirty …I said thank you no problem we’ll wait . We wait for about 20 minutes then 2 girls walked in and the lady gave our table we’ve been waiting for to them!!! The sever was telling the girls sorry it’s there last table if that’ll be fine . I immediately decided to not eat here anymore because how disrespectful …those girls just literally walked in!!! I don’t understand how they got a table before us …there was also a group of 4 they sat before us even tho we got there first …idk if they just decided to write us off because of how we look but idk if I’ll ever be coming back

The service was the worse I ever been in the servers kept ignoring us over and over again not asking a signal question when we arrived at first they took about 20 minutes to finally serve us and then after we ate it took another 30 minutes to get our checks and for us to pay they were not only doing this to us but to other families one of them was here before us and they said they never got their food after the server asked them for a check it's so ridiculous and I know we're not the only ones who think so
