I was overcharged and when I showed them the price on their menu ( not on my phone, this is the printed menu they handed me to order from!) she went to get someone to correct it, but instead, he brought me another menu- exact same- but this time the price was changed on my order by crossing it out in pen and upping it. Idk if they do this thinking I’m a snowbird, but I’m not. I was in town visiting someone that week.

I found the combination of sushi and Korean cuisine quite interesting. The sushi menu was extensive, and they had a buy-one-get-one-free offer. However, the sushi menu was a bit challenging to read due to the small lettering. The Korean food selection seemed decent, and I opted for the Bibimbap. While I have enjoyed Bibimbap at other establishments, the version at Gozen did not quite meet my expectations, and it seemed rather pricey for the portion size. The sushi was acceptable, and I sampled the New Mexico and Tennessee rolls. I might consider returning to take advantage of the buy-one-get-one-free sushi promotion.

Ramen tasted like it came from a bag. Ordered food for 3 people at 640, received it around 8 pm just 2 ramens ans the 4 rolls 10 minutes after. Mind you there was only 1 other table eating. Server seemed more interested in talking to coworker ans being on her phone. Wasn't even greeted when we walked in. Skip this place it's not worth it. 2 ramens 4 rolls and 3 fountain drinks came up to $130...

Hello, is not too much to say, I give you 4 stars not because the service was bad, is because in a Sunday afternoon need more people, When my little daugther and I, arrive.... it just 2 servers... wasn't enough for a table of almost 10 people, 2 tables of 4-5 people, and 3 tables of 2 people, after maybe 1hr there, arrive help.... all 3 servers there are so friendly, I really enjoy the food, for sure our new favorite spot!

This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back. Everything we tried was super flavorful and super delicious. The server was super attentive and kept coming back to make sure we didn’t need anything. The suggestions she gave us on what to pick were great because we loved it.

My sister and I came for dinner. We ordered tempura vegetables which were good even though they were served with the super sweet chili sauce. The server brought it out but we didn’t have any napkins or utensils. Had to get up and look around for them and then finally asked a different server for help. Also ordered the spicy pork bun which was decent. They have 50 different sushi rolls, named after each state. Cute and clever, but the descriptions for each are in about a 5 pt font, bring your reading glasses. We ordered the West Virginia which was like a spicy tuna roll. I took one bite and almost spit it out. It smelled fishy and tasted nasty. We didn’t finish it. Then we asked for a piece of tempura cheesecake to go. The bill was paid and we sat there and waited about 10 minutes before someone finally brought it out. The restaurant was also dirty (including the bathroom). The server never asked how everything was, or I would have told her. Although the staff was friendly, they’re very disorganized and the atmosphere just wasn’t there. We won’t be back.

I feel so bad for the staff. The owner berated and humiliated her workers in front of everyone while I was waiting for my pickup order. It truly made me so uncomfortable to witness the owner treating her staff with so much disrespect. Shame on Gozen.
