Honey Leaf Boba in Yuma Arizona is AWESOME AND AMAZING!!!!! For a minute, I thought I was in a big city. EXCELLENT variety, you can even select the amount of sugar you want.... I got Taro smoothie with 25% sugar and BOBA... my sister's was Mango with BOBA. YUMMY 😋 DELICIOUS THE Staff was KNOWLEDGEABLE KIND AND CARING THIS IS THE BEST BOBA IN YUMA ARIZONA. TRY IT FOR YOURSELF I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👏

Late review and I’m not a drink guy but I was convinced and I got a strawberry drink with kiwi boba and I was not disappointed, hard for me to justify purchases like this but I actually would come back. Nice staff. Give it a try..

Smoothies and milk teas are delicious, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a smoothie with boba, but the girl questioned the type of boba as if I were a complete novice. I explained that I wanted the regular boba, but she responded with a dismissive roll of her eyes. I was thoroughly disappointed with the service at this establishment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. I found a long hair tangled in my boba drink, which was beyond disgusting. I tried reaching out multiple times via phone—no answer. I messaged them on social media, even providing photos, and they completely ignored me. To make matters worse, after seeing my message, they went on to post on their business page as if nothing had happened.
On top of that, the teenage staff are consistently rude, acting as if customers are an inconvenience just for existing. This is not a one-time issue but a pattern. Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and it really shows. Unfortunately, in Yuma, there’s only one other boba place in this small town, so people are left having to just deal with it.
Update: The owner was able to try and make things right. I am unsure if the idea of great customer service and cleanliness has been discussed with the employees, which I am hoping it was. I like the idea of anyone that is able to admit when they have made mistakes publicly and attempt to do right.

They are out of a lot of flavors (marketing ploy?) and didn't get them in for the month we were in the area.
May have stopped the kids from trying new flavors, but didn't stop them from wanting boba 😆

I came in Sunday September 15 at 4 pm and the woman taking the orders was rude and, i let her know i was not satisfied and she didn’t care, she carried on with the next customer i dont know her name but she was white complected and black hair sholder length, im not coming back.
