This was the second time we’ve had terrible service at this location. We walked in as a party of eight and were seated right away, but after 15 minutes, no one came to take our order. We had to ask a waitress serving the table next to us if someone could help, and she assured us they were aware and that someone would be with us soon. Another five minutes passed, and still, no one showed up. The worst part? The restaurant wasn’t even busy.
After waiting far too long with zero service, we decided to leave. This location clearly has a major issue with staffing or customer care. Based on our experience, we won’t be coming back.

Visited Hooters in El Paso, Texas during holidays 2024. The waitress was wonderful, but the food was awful, fries & wings undercooked, waffle fries were stale and cesar salad was beginning to wilt. We paid and left the food. This Hooters is not what it was 10 years ago.

The food is great. If you like fried food (wings, boneles, sea food, etc) you can't go wrong. Sometimes the service is not the best but it is ok usually.
Safe yourself the time and the money and just go to wing daddys or elsewhere. The manager too here is rude literally hung up on me and waiting on hold for a simple order of 2 chocolate mouse cakes for my sons birthday today. The girls here are as bad with the customer service. I just ended up re placing the order because of their laziness with their customer service. Stay away from here and use your valuable time elsewhere.
