Where do I start? This is the most disgusting unsanitary restaurant I’ve been to in my whole 20 years of living. I bring my girlfriend a four years for a little date after we had some troubles and I come in to sit down and this table is absolutely dirty. I go to grab a towel. What do you know? The towel is dirty as well. This is absolutely unacceptable. Let me not forget I look to my left on the wall full. I don’t know what boogers maybe or maybe it’s just water stains and then I get up and my shoes are sticky from fountain drinks that are spilled and un clean. This is absolutely unacceptable and our waiter took over 20 minutes just to take our order. I recommend no one to come to this restaurant. They don’t even have sympathy for you when they take so much time. No one please come to this restaurant I will dedicate my life to make this place going out of Business I think our waiter’s name was Samantha if you’re reading this you better hurry up with your orders from on I wish my phone would let me post pictures, but I can’t just now this place is nasty as hell boy

We stopped into Hooters in El Paso for a late-night wing run and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The vibe was relaxed, the staff was upbeat and friendly, and their BOGO wing special was exactly what we were looking for — you really can’t beat buy-one-get-one wings when you’re rolling in with a hungry group.
The wings came out hot, crispy, and perfectly covered in sauce. Our table tried a mix of flavors — classic buffalo, garlic parm, Daytona, and a few others — and every single one was a hit. Service was fast, refills were constant, and our server didn’t miss a beat.
Whether you’re craving wings, catching a game, or just want a solid food deal with good service, Hooters in El Paso totally delivers. Great food, great special, great time.

I went the day before to get some food before I left to go to work In a timely manner. I waited around 20- 25 minutes for no service or food to come through, with half the staff not doing much. BUT that doesn't mean they're are bad, mistakes happens, shouldn't have but it's fine I was compensated for my meal and time by a Man Mr. Contreras and a different manager, they were respectful,thoughtfull and caring throughout the process. the food was really good nice and soft. It was nostalgic for me as my family used to go for seasonal traditions. I wish I could give 5 though!

Wednesday Visit: Lunch Time: BOGO for Wings! Stop by on Wednesday, when you purchase 10pc bone in, you get 10pc boneless! Loved the food! Delicious fried pickles and curly fries with cheese sauce! Very clean location! Manager stopped by, checked in on our experience! Loved the interaction! Will definitely come back 😁

I'm very happy how the manger Joel help me out with just change needed to catch the bus most establishment would tell me to turn around leave due to the fact that I didn't buy any of their items/products I wish more manager ran bar or business was this helpful in general please look into Joel as up coming promotion I really hope I have his name right this Lou saying thanks for helping me today

Server, Camila, was very polite. We had complaints about her. However, we asked her if we could speak to manager due to a question we had on the 80s retro event tickets that we had just purchased. By the looks of it, it seemed like she was directed to ask the DJ who was playing at the time at this location. The manager never came out because we waited for a while and he was nowhere to be seen. Our server, Camila, came to us to apologize and to inform us that unfortunately, she did not have more information on the event. She tried, and it was obvious. Mr. Manager, when a customer asks your server to speak to you, word of advice, sense or urgency would be nice and demonstrate some support to your employee. The request to speak to you was not even going to be on a complaint.
