The husband and I decided to take our family for their closing event to experience the “hooterific” experience. We had such an amazing server named Aaliyah. She was very playful with our son and made him feel welcomed. Now he won’t stop asking to go back to hooters to go see his girlfriend Aaliyah.

As a local business owner, I've been to this Hooters before with different groups and had decent experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The first bartender was rude, rushed me, and misunderstood my requests, escalating unnecessary tension. I switched to another bartender I knew from previous visits and felt more comfortable with, but the original bartender continued to cause issues.
I felt so disrespected that I left to sit in my car while my affluent friends, who were ready to enjoy their dinner, stayed inside. To make matters worse, when I tried to address the situation with the front staff, I was threatened by the kitchen staff to leave.
This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I usually spend $45 to $100 here, often treating my friends to shots as well, but I will no longer spend my hard-earned money at this location. Management urgently needs to address these service and professionalism issues!

During my last visit, our waitress Beca was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
