As a local business owner, I've been to this Hooters before with different groups and had decent experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The first bartender was rude, rushed me, and misunderstood my requests, escalating unnecessary tension. I switched to another bartender I knew from previous visits and felt more comfortable with, but the original bartender continued to cause issues.
I felt so disrespected that I left to sit in my car while my affluent friends, who were ready to enjoy their dinner, stayed inside. To make matters worse, when I tried to address the situation with the front staff, I was threatened by the kitchen staff to leave.
This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I usually spend $45 to $100 here, often treating my friends to shots as well, but I will no longer spend my hard-earned money at this location. Management urgently needs to address these service and professionalism issues!
This place is a fantastic spot to grab a quick and delicious bite! I've been here for both lunch and dinner, and the wait times have always been reasonable. During my last visit, our waitress Beca was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
One of the things I love most about this place is how they showcase all the latest games and matches. It creates a fun and lively atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a meal with family.
The outdoor area is especially charming. It's cute and cozy, with a fire pit that adds a touch of warmth and ambiance. It's a great option when the weather is nice.
The drinks are reasonably priced, which is always a plus. And speaking of pluses, the overall appearance of the restaurant is clean and family-friendly. It's clear that they take pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
And of course, the food is great! They offer a variety of dishes to satisfy different tastes, and the quality is consistently good. Whether you're in the mood for a casual lunch or a satisfying dinner, this place has something for everyone.
Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.
Disappointing, like every Hooters I've been to in the last couple years. At least 10 minutes before the waitress finally came to the table even though it's pretty empty and there seem to be plenty of waitresses working. Same as a week ago when we went on another slow weeknight. Nice girl but I order 24 buffalo shrimp and when she eventually brings them out, she's only brought 12 and says the other 12 will be out in a bit. No big deal but here's where it gets even better. The second 12 are undercooked like they were obviously in a rush. Then she charged me for 2 orders of 12 instead of the single order of 24. This is 5-6 extra bucks which I don't catch until after I left. My bad there but lesson learned. Go to one of the hundred other places to eat in Yuma where they'll try a little harder to provide a good experience.

#1 spot for NFL football and for 49er football games in Yuma. Come see Shelcee and Amber at the bar and they will take care of you. Super friendly and attentive to the customers. Super fast service and really good food. Come in and check the place out. You won’t be disappointed.
