Cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake were perfect! Went during lunch rush, and it was still very fast, and we were able to find a seat quickly. I’m knocking down a star because the bathrooms didn’t have a changing table for our baby. I wish businesses that serve food would equip all their bathrooms with one. There was definitely room for one.
After all the hype, I finally made it to an In-N-Out. It was extremely busy at 11 AM, as I expected. But the food was a letdown. It tasted like a frozen meal just heated up.
The employees were very nice and efficient. So that's a plus.

Honestly, I did not like the food. The fries tasted like cardboard, and the burger was flavorless.
The guy that took my order was great. He informed me of the menu quite well. The cashier was very professional and kind.
