I was super excited because it was my first time trying this place out and had heard good stuff about it. We ordered a Bahn Mi sandwich and my friend some kind of steak cheese sandwich. I was expecting a better sandwich than what I got. It’s not a “I want to be back restaurant” for me. Service wasn’t the best maybe because it was a little lunch rush and we really didn’t know what to order. I also purchased one of their in-house made lemonade that tasted like lots of sugar and water.
You should definitely try it yourself but I won’t be going back.

The vegan patty melt was amazing. We ordered a second one to eat later. Though they were out of mushrooms (😭) still a dang good sandwich. Also got the cauliflower steak sandwich which was also good but basic compared to the other option.
Had the Cauliflower "steak" sandwich and loved it. Girlfriend had the Chipotle Veggie Patty Melt which was just OK. Updated from previous review on 2025-01-06
The food was too oily, too salty, and too burnt. The kids who can never resist fries, didn't want to touch it.
We found this little place and so happy that we did! We love a good sandwich and these are freshly made, delicious and healthy too. Friendly quick service and they were willing to make ingredient adjustments as well, which we appreciated. Definitely a go to again place!

This place is phenomenal. I’ve been coming here on and off for quite some time now. It’s always top quality food, and the service is always genuine. I love the consistency. Definitely my favorite sandwich spot in town!

I had the wagyu beef meatball sub and my wife had to the Philly cheesesteak. Both were great but the Philly cheese steak was a total shock! It had broccolatini in it and it was absolutely perfect! I never would have imagined such a mix of vegetables on a Philly cheesesteak would be so good but, it was completely above reproach! Great job JT Bros!

One star is for the cashier, who noticed my issue and resolved by refunding, without me asking.
Visited 8/20/24 and ordered the chicken sandwich, no jalapeños. My sandwich was prepared very quickly as it wasn't quite lunchtime yet, and only one other table of 2 was dining. Upon taking the first bite, the chicken is moist, but lacking any seasoning. There is no cheese, the avocado is scarce, and the bread is tasty, but I notice that my sandwich was made with the butt-end of the bread. Which is ok at home, but I have never been served a deli sandwich with the end of the bread in all the 50+ years of eating restaurant or deli sandwiches. I walk to the kitchen area with the sandwich and ask the food prep person, "Are you out of bread?" He answers no and stares at me blankly. To which i reply, my sandwich is made with the end of the bread, so i thought maybe you had run out of bread. He then replies "we always do that." I tell him well, it is very dry. Again, blank stare and no reply. I return to my table and open the sandwich, i find a green tomato, about a teaspoon of brown avocado mush, and no cheese. I returned to the cashier, and asked for a fork, because now, I'm just going to eat the chicken and lettuce like a salad. About two minutes later, the cashier comes to my table with a credit card credit receipt and is very apologetic.
I really had high hopes for finding a good sandwich here in Yuma, but this place was deeply disappointing.

One star for the one and only time I’ll be ordering from here, and it makes me so sad. I’ve been looking at this place to check out for MONTHS, and I was so excited to get a B.A.L.T.. being 6 months pregnant, that just sounded so good. The pictures online always looked good and the food looked so fresh from the posts! I also trusted the other reviews. Sadly, when I got my sandwich, the bread was soggy, the “avocado” (which was really like guacamole) was oxidized and a brownish green color, and the bacon looked pale and like it was just pulled out or the fridge and still cold. I had high hopes but was really let down. Idk if the sandwiches are premade and stuck in a fridge, but I would suggest making to order and keeping the food fresh and ready for customers. I also ordered a fruit cup and the apples were browned, and the strawberries were dried out around the edges.. overall it just didn’t look very fresh, my kids picked them out of the cup and wouldn’t eat them. Maybe cutting fresh fruit and not leaving it in the fridge overnight could help with quality of fruit cups too, if that’s the current process.

Who knew you could find great vegan food in Yuma Arizona? A great find that you must visit if passing through. Not far off the main highway!
Vegetarian options: The Veggie Wrap and Cauliflower Sandwich were fabulous! They accomodate us on the salad as well. We sampled the Chickpea Pozole, such good flavor! Thank you JT’s!

Who knew that we could find such great vegan options in Yuma Arizona?! JT Bros. had several delicious vegan options to choose from. I ordered the Cauliflower steak sandwich, and Pat ordered the Antipasto Veggie Wrap. We also ordered a Fresh Harvest Spinach salad that included beets and oranges with a pomegranate dressing. They were very accommodating and will make anything special to order. A very vegan friendly place! They gave us a free sample of the Chickpea Pozole, and it was delicious as well! Next time you are traveling on US 8 across southern Arizona, make a stop in Yuma at JT Bros! They are building one in Coronado Island, due to open in October 2024! Great breakfast. The atmosphere is calm and clean. I had a delicious and large breakfast burrito and my wife enjoyed the acai bowl.
