This place is a true gem and a one of a kind dinning experience! The service was wonderful the food was delicious! I had the beef short rib ravioli it was truly the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. The oysters with their special sauce and beef carpaccio were beautiful starters to what would be an exceptional meal and experience! 10 out of 10 would dine here again!

Not many places tick all the boxes, JT Prime certainly does. The ambiance from the moment you walk in is spot on. Heather, the host, bartender, server and who knows what else she does is a delight. Her personality is perfect and she made our experience what it was. From recommending drinks to food and having wholesome conversations is certainly her strong suit. The set up is great, I felt like I was having dinner at a friend's house, you are next to the kitchen, but it feels like your kitchen at home, not a restaurant. I can't describe it as well as I'd like. I would highly recommend and this is now in my top 5 restaurants around the US to dine at. I will certainly be back each time I visit Yuma.

I must say the personnel are all professional and friendly. I wasn't that impressed with my steak as it was full of grizzle and fat. Should have ordered something that I don't cook at home. My wife enjoyed her meal immensely. We love celebrating special occasions at JT Prime.
