I live closest location so it’s convenient for me to pick up but today is the third time where I’ve come and I placed a mobile order and they charge me and someone’s cleaning their facility and I don’t get my mobile order and I lose my money no refund nothing This is awful. Please fix this. I will never go to Jak again.

J& B has teally gone down! Their food is not good at all. I have switched up to Dubkin and man have I not been disappointed! Their food is much h better and tastes real. J&B is struggling and it's sad...their sourdough jack tho, 5 stars stil.
