Do everyone complaining about being parked with no one behind them, they have to do that sometimes because they have a DT timer. Yes it may be fast food but given the time especially overnight or late night, they don’t have a lot of stuff down or dropped so it causes for a little wait to make sure u have fresh food. Now if you’re parked and get cold stuff I could understand the frustration but anytime I’m parked I always wind up with fresh, hot food so I don’t mind pulling around and waiting a little longer!

They got my whole order basically wrong. I ordered my sandwich with spicy good good sauce which ive done before and they proceeded to give me none after they charged me for it. I asked for them to remake it and they refused and gave me a sauce pack of the original good good sauce when i asked for the spicy one that they put on the sandwich. i also asked for it cut in half and they only cut not even 2 inches of it?!😂Then i ordered nashville mozzarella sticks and they gave me onion rings????! horrible customer service and horrible at making things right.

Excellent service. They have never messed up my order besides today this morning. Went back told them about it, showed them the order, they didn’t even question it or make an ugly fave or nothing they just remade the order and gave it to me and apologized. This specific location has always done me right and I go out of my way to go to this one instead of the one of 32nd where the food always old or wrong.

6/12/2025 around 4:10 am two young ladies messed up my order, gave me the wrong food and it was a simple order of nuggets and curly fries. lady at the drive thru had to ask two times what kind of sauce I asked for. gave me old fries. the only reason why this place makes money is because it is outside of a base.
I come here to buy their egg rolls and or their tacos. I use the drive through.

Shout out to the Saturday morning crew who worked January 25! I ordered online and usually use this location but I had accidentally sent my order to a different location. I didn’t realize this until I arrived but the employees offered to make my order there and contact the other store to let them know. The young man and woman behind the counter ( I wish I knew their names) were so kind and made sure my order was correct. The food came out quickly and was hot. Thanks so much guys!

Got off work late wanting a good dinner and got home to super burnt over cooked chicken sandwiches. There was no cars super slow when I had got there. I don't understand why I got parked and waited for 10 minutes for not even fresh food. I've worked at fast food for a long time I understand what it's like. It's just laziness to me. Paid almost 30$ there and don't understand for what... waste of time and money for sure.
