The woman Paula was extremely rude i don't know if she's a manager or a crew member but she was extremely rude. We got our food and left and 5 minutes after my husband and I got home a 2nd transaction for $10 was declined by Jack n the box. Someone tried to use my card information at that location on e 32nd st.

Ordered 5 Tacos with large fries and a large Fanta and they gave me 5 Greasy and broken tacos , I never asked for a sprite and I was charged for it instead of my fries. I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but it’s a constant thing every time I visit this restaurant.

This location most of the time is busy but the service is good. My fries were cold and half ways filled, the girl at the window noticed and asked if I could wait a minute in order for her to take me fresh ones. That was nice of her. The atmosphere is good, busy drive thru but fast.
