Me and my sister got the number 4. Being pregnant I crave bacon cheeseburgers and I was so excited to try it! when I got it and the smell alone kinda smell stale and quite upsetting but I pushed pasted it and tried eating.. the whole burger tasted like a fake stale watered down meatball, my fiancé felt absolutely terrible because I just sat there and cried while trying to eat, I ate maybe less then 1/3 of it before it was just hard to swallow I tried taking the buns off to HOPEFULLY eat a little more but ended up being worse. Everything was so soft a mushy the bacon even tasted fake. My sister also gotten the same and she said she feels like she’s gonna throw up over it. We both threw away pretty much almost a whole and half a burger worth, we also have upset stomachs after eating there it was our first time jack in the box it too which sucks..

I went at 1:30am to get some food drunk, was chauffeured to the jack in the box, got some tacos and a burger and mozzarella sticks, (regular) we got nashville hot and the bag was so soaked in grease and they just handed it to me didnt think about it set it all over my white shorts. Ruined $40 nike shorts because they couldnt clean it up a bit. Wrong stuff. Absolute horrible service

Lady was rude on intercom, impatience and inconsiderate. Needed time to view menu as I had never been to that franchise and no time consideration for time even after specifically stating time was needed. Food made me sick as soon as I started eating it, not sure what they put on burgers for seasonings and bacon wasn't cooked. Advertisement for cheese fries are not what u receive. Asked for no ranch didn't get but one bacon crumble too.
