I swear, every time I come here the price is on the menu versus the prices that I’m charged are different. And what I’m charged is always higher. Today they decided to charge me an extra three dollars to have grilled chicken on my salad. Where there was no mention of that on the menu in the drive-through. Just some random pricing policies. This will be my last time here.

Well the girl behind the counter was not very pleasant should I say. When I asked her a question she said all the food tastes the same amount of time, I said so you said it took 3 minutes so that means the burgers and the tacos are the same amount of time she's yes everything is very short with me very rude whatever.

got my order wrong and forgot to give me a drink i paid for. and the egg croissant sandwich was blue and grey inside when i took a bite never eating jack in the box again

Me and my sister got the number 4. Being pregnant I crave bacon cheeseburgers and I was so excited to try it! when I got it and the smell alone kinda smell stale and quite upsetting but I pushed pasted it and tried eating.. the whole burger tasted like a fake stale watered down meatball, my fiancé felt absolutely terrible because I just sat there and cried while trying to eat, I ate maybe less then 1/3 of it before it was just hard to swallow I tried taking the buns off to HOPEFULLY eat a little more but ended up being worse. Everything was so soft a mushy the bacon even tasted fake. My sister also gotten the same and she said she feels like she’s gonna throw up over it. We both threw away pretty much almost a whole and half a burger worth, we also have upset stomachs after eating there it was our first time jack in the box it too which sucks..

We are on a road trip and they sorted our food by order! So nice, made it easy divide our meals up. Total would stop here anytime I'm driving thru.
