me and my friends went through the drive through and they ordered then i decided i wanted something as well so we went back around so i could order, when we got to the window she yelled to the crew “it’s the same people” then rudely handed me my items and i asked for some ranch and she rudely said “it’s already in there” then i asked for some taco sauce and she handed me two, didn’t even get the chance to say thank you as she slammed the window closed. not sure who she was but she needs some hospitality classes.

They need to hire people that understand English. It's extremely frustrating trying to order food when the person on the other end has no idea what you're saying. Called to tell them they got the order wrong and first lady says there is no manager. Then all of a sudden another lady gets on claiming to be a manager and back pedals when asked why the first girl said there was no manager. Apparently you don't need an education to work here.
