Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff at the Yuma foothills location are very rude everytime I come in to order. They complain about making sandwiches and tell customers the sandwiches that are ordered are not available. They also shut down the store at least 20 minutes before closing. They have attitudes when customers come in to order before their closing time of 9 pm. I was told after he huffed at me, "Im trying to get out of here its Saturday". This was 20 minutes before they closed. He proceeded to call me names and be rude while making my 3 sandwiches.I have contacted the manager before regarding the rudeness of the staff to no avail. I would not recommend this location.

These guys make a great sandwich and have the best service in the foothills. I definitely recommend you stop by and say hello to Josh and his team.

Good sandwich but to pricey.

Big shout out to Josh the owner!!! A couple of weeks ago I had ordered food for me and my coworkers and the order we received was not it. Reached out and left a comment on their website and Josh did not hesitate to get in contact with me to make it right!! Not only did he re-do my entire order for FREE but also Delivered it to my work!! Just overall great hospitality!!

Great place. I love Jersey mikes sandwiches. We stopped on our way to Phoenix and this place was clean and the personal was very friendly.

Best location by far. Staff is always so friendly, and sandwiches are always made fresh ingredients. Definite must if you haven’t tried them!

I'm a Jersey boy. The subs are good but back in the day in New Jersey they really piled on the meat. There still very tasty but common Jersey Mike's you make them any skimpier you can call them Subway Mikes.

As soon as we walked in, there was no greet. Short guy with beard asked what can I get for you? I then said buffalo chicken with no blue cheese jersey Mike’s way he then tells me we can’t do that and then I say I’ve done that before he then says you have all rude I said yes and he said I’ll do it then. But felt like he was mad over it. He then asks what else can I get for you I ordered the kids ham and then he said anything else my sister orders the mini tuna on the grill he says I can’t do that either. Me and my sister have gotten our sandwiches this way before idk what was his issue then my sister asks are you new here he says yeah I am why all rude. I don’t know who was running this shift but those three boys looked lost not just did they mess up on the order before us but also the peoples order behind us. Bread was hard as a rock, soda machine was broken. Train these boys to run a better shift next time.

Confusing to find but food was really good, service was excellent and the atmosphere was great
