Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered the hot Italian, added steak, extra cheese, and added literally everything else onto it. Mikes way, and the staff was excited to make such a behemoth! One of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Awesome.

I arrived to pick up my order and an employee asks if I was there to pick up an order. I told her yes and she looks over at two of her coworkers who are making subs. She asked them if they were making my order. They said “no” and the employee tells me it’s not ready yet. This whole time they are sending away new customers because the store is completely out of bread. They were completely out and would not have any for another hour. I’m assuming they were going to take an hour to bake more. I’m waiting because the employee stated my order wasn’t ready yet. After sending away more customers the initial employee looks over at her coworkers again to see if my order was ready. They said no.

I wasted so much time there when they could have told me they would not be able to complete my order because they had no bread instead of telling me “it’s not ready yet.” They had me wait for nothing. As I left I stated it would have been nice to know that as soon as I had arrived. They just laughed. How disrespectful and unprofessional. Plus how could they completely run out of all bread.

Such a good place to get lunch and receive good service. Super attentive to dietary needs and overall staff is SUPER friendly. If you’re in the Foothills or passing through, this is the place to go. 10/10

This location is full of rude employees. They also think its appropriate to put receipt paper on your sandwiches. Not only on top of the bread but also in-between the sandwiches. I'm sure thats not food safe paper. I saw several employees do this as if it is their standard.

The staff at the Yuma foothills location are very rude everytime I come in to order. They complain about making sandwiches and tell customers the sandwiches that are ordered are not available. They also shut down the store at least 20 minutes before closing. They have attitudes when customers come in to order before their closing time of 9 pm. I was told after he huffed at me, "Im trying to get out of here its Saturday". This was 20 minutes before they closed. He proceeded to call me names and be rude while making my 3 sandwiches.I have contacted the manager before regarding the rudeness of the staff to no avail. I would not recommend this location.

These guys make a great sandwich and have the best service in the foothills. I definitely recommend you stop by and say hello to Josh and his team.

Good sandwich but to pricey.

Big shout out to Josh the owner!!! A couple of weeks ago I had ordered food for me and my coworkers and the order we received was not it. Reached out and left a comment on their website and Josh did not hesitate to get in contact with me to make it right!! Not only did he re-do my entire order for FREE but also Delivered it to my work!! Just overall great hospitality!!
