Great subs with ample meat and toppings. Compared to other sub shops in my area, Jersey Mike's definitely ranks in the very top!

This was my very first time eating at a Jersey Mike's Sub shop. At first everything looked great restaurant was clean not a lot of people inside. We ordered our sandwiches. Coming to find out that they did not have common items. So we had to order our sandwiches without lettuce and mayonnaise. Then it came to ordering our soda. The soda machine was broken. And they did not have any iced tea. We are offered a small discount for the inconvenience. Couldn't help but notice the employees making sandwiches for their friends at no charge. The only reason I know this is because I had to stand in line and wait while the employee took the order over the phone. I would definitely try this location again. After they get the kinks worked out. I really think I just caught them on a bad day.

This guy cleaned the meat slicer in front of us for twenty minutes. So slow. We were in a rush and asked him long it was going to be, so he started cleaning slower. Very rude. Then he told us all the white bread was gone so we waited 20 minutes for no reason. I wish we were told this when we walked in the door.

I just had to do an updated review for how awesome this Jersey Mikes is! I always do delivery orders and no matter how many special requests I make they never mess it up! It's always perfect, every time! They are literally THE BEST!
Staff doesn't care about people who have food allergies. Very rude and disrespectful along with unprofessional. I was told not to come back due to my food allergies and they have to clean everything down everytime I order.

It is absolutely unacceptable to be out of American cheese. Jersey Mike's should do a much better job planning for weekend sales and ensuring they have appropriate inventory when I ordered the sandwich. Big kahuna the kid did not tell me that they were out of American cheese I found out only because I heard him tell the Cook to put provolone on there. I then said the big kahuna comes with American cheese and he said oh we're out of American cheese. Sorry this is unacceptable.

I came in today and I felt very taken care of. I have celiac disease, and I know it can be really inconvenient to clean everything down when you have other customers in line. That being said, they took it seriously and did their best to prevent me from getting sick. I don't always get that kind of respect and effort. I can't thank them enough! Eating out is always extremely stressful, but I was put at ease today & was able to enjoy my meal

Ordered online 2 cold subs online, app said ready in 20 minutes, checked in at the front, they hadn't started them at that time. They went through 2 entire lines of people and still no sandwiches. Ended up waiting 40 minutes for 2 cold subs. Asked for a refund then they finally made them. I didn't need a refund if they had just made them. Online ordering defeats the purpose. I understand being busy but it was ridiculous after checking in 2 times.
