Me and my family are in town for the day. The both bathrooms are very dirty pee all over the floor and the toilet itself, also so much toilet paper in the toilet. Both my daughter and I said something nothing was done. Employees just standing around without anyone inside. Was told they will put up signs. 30 minutes went by and nothing was done.

absolutely disgusting. i ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was completely DRENCHED in ranch. the bread was soggy, lettuce was brown, and tomatoes were old. totally inedible, and i will never eat at jersey mikes again.

Jersey Mike's one of my favorites but. Tonight it was absolutely gross. I ordered a ham and cheese. There was so much mustard on there. Nobody could eat that damn thing.

I was there today 6pm the bathrooms need some serious cleaning the floors where stained with urine no paper super dirty not sure who is responsible for cleaning the bathroom but you need to do better

I just moved to Yuma AZ and have celiac disease. I haven’t had time to figure out what restaurants have safe food options for me, however the team here at Jersey Mikes really did a great job of providing a safe and delicious sandwich. Their efforts to clean the machines and sterilize the environment made it possible for me to have a warm solid meal. I am very grateful!
I have eaten Jersey Mikes at LEAST once a week, 43.00 for 2 sandwiches each time, since residing in Yuma. never a bad experience until Today. I do not know who the two girls working were but, they need training. the gentleman in front of me ordered 3 small sandwiches. Was charged for 6... Then I got mine, Thrown together and not made like the 150 plus other times I have ate the same exact sandwich, at the same store. Please train your Employees appropriately. I will not return nor will many of my friends and family in town. Customer Service and Correct Orders are a Necessity in today's economy. especially when 2 sandwiches are $43... Lots of Competition in town.... Best wishes.

This place is awesome, it's very clean, the food is delicious and prices are reasonable, the crew that work there are very friendly and courteous. I get the philly Mike's way and I love it. I've tried other sandwiches and they are great also. Highly recommended.
