“This KFC is one of the better ones in Yuma. Had the 3 piece chicken meal, and as always, I got what I expected. Side orders we good and fresh. The atmosphere is average but is what you would expect in a fast food chain store. Staff was, as always, very friendly and accommodating.“
“There was a misunderstanding about what I ordered. I have a very impatient husband and they said it would be 30 min before our pot pies would be done. So I said I would run my husband home and return for my food. Got back and didn't have the pot pies. Jose the manager stayed late to take care of us. He was amazing! Kudos to him and his customer service.“
“The African American behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. I asked about the specials and we figured out its less expensive to order on the app. As I was creating an account, he asked me what I was ordering so he could get it started. It's rare to have someone be proactive.“
