This restaurant has an embarrassingly poor drink selection — especially in a country where nearly half the population struggles with diabetes. You’d think there would be more low-sugar or unsweetened options, but no such luck.
The chicken was solid, and the coleslaw was actually good. Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end. The spreads and sauces were absolute garbage — genuinely not fit for human consumption. Even the hot sauce had sugar in it. No butter. No real honey. Just corn syrup and “honey-flavored” syrup.
It’s hard not to see that as cheap and greedy — cutting corners at the expense of customers’ health and basic quality. Do better.

The place is tidy and well-organized. This place is well-lit and supplied. I had no trouble moving throughout the aisles. The checkout procedure was really simple and welcoming. The items were bagged quickly and effectively, and we were greeted with a smile.
I highly recommend this location to anyone needing some cost friendly saving with a great shopping experience!

Potato wedges were so hard you could hammer nails
Pot pie had no flavor,while in line I saw three customers come in to complain about incorrect orders.i asked for more ranch and was told what they gave me was enough!

The lady taking our order was very nice.
Service was quick 8 piece chicken legs and thighs 10. Bucks.
BUT. the chicken 🐔 was not cooked all the way, but it had just come out of the cooker. Hotter then heck, legs pretty much done, thighs not quite. But maybe if it had sat a little bit longer, it might have finished cooking. Chicken tasted very good, though.
But we were very hungry 😋.
We took the bucket back to the counter, and she replaced it. Yes, this one was done.
The place was very small and cramped feeling. Cluttered, they had an order shelf that took up half the counter and an empty buffet counter sitting along the wall. Oh yeah, no diet pepsi. Pepsi zero is not diet pepsi. It's Pepsi with no sugar and still has Pepsi taste 😕.
Order to go employee told me i have to wait for 35 min for extra crispy. Customer service really poor
The chicken pieces where goo
d size, but they did'nt taste much, no anough salt, the skin did'nt taste like kfc seasonning. Fries and the biscuit where good and warm. No ice in the soda distributer. In general the place.look dirty. Sorry Colonel Sanders but I had to tell you.

Went in today Saturday August 3rd at 4pm ish. I had a gift card that I wanted to redeem. The cashier who was working there was very rude and denied my order as she continued to say that gift cards could only be redeemed online. I showed her that the card literally said “REDEEMABLE IN STORE AND ONLINE” yet she continued to deny my order. I decided to go ahead and order online. I ordered a family bucket of chicken with three sides. When I went up to pick up my meal I was missing my three sides. I told the cashier and she replied with “ ma’am I’m the only person working today I am not going to the back to make more sides”. By this point I was beyond done with this lady. I asked for a refund for the three sides that I had literally paid for and did not receive and this lady replies with “ I can’t do that. You’ll have to call customer support for a refund”. This is ridiculous! I’m used to the horrible customer service that most establishments provide here in Yuma but this KFC location took the trophy. KFC fix your customer service and do something about this unprofessional employee! I will be contacting the better business bureau as well as my bank to open a claim as I was scammed by this KFC location! It’s not rocket science, I paid for food items, you took my money, either give me the food I paid for or refund me my money. Plain and simple.
