The Employee by the name of Laura was excellent. Exceptional and above the rest. I believe she is the Manager. She provided me with the best customer service I have received in Yuma as A Man of Color.

Worst chicken strips ever!

Walmart carries better product in the frozen section. Raising Canes and Slim Chickens would be a much better choice.

Finally I go to a kfc location that didn’t disappoint me. My chicken was well seasoned and fresh. Wait time was not bad for a busy time. Thank you to the manager Laura who helped me with a nice smile you don’t see that too often in fast food anymore. I will definitely come back.

Ordered 2 mash meals chicken was undercooked pulled early happens they are only replacing one of the meals per Laura she can't fix it because it is like giving away free food that we paid for hmmmm.

Terrible food, atmosphere, wait time, & incompetent manager. She had no idea what she was doing.

The chicken was soggy and undercooked, like the oil in the fryer wasn't hot enough. It was certainly not clean oil, because chicken fried in clean oil doesn't look the way it did.

The wait time on our food was 20 minutes, and they got all 3 orders wrong AND gave us take-out packaging.

The interior seriously could do with a makeover and decor that doesn't look yellowed & rotted from the heat.

The line and time it took to order things, as well as the attentiveness of the register staff was abysmal. Felt like 5 minutes per person ordering.

Ended up returning my food and watching my family eat because I was so sickened & lost my appetite.

Waited in line to order about 10 min.. then just left. There was one person in the drive thru, and I'm not sure what orders they were preparing, but it wasn't for anyone in line.

Sat in the 15 drive thru for 15 minutes then called the store to find out why the cars weren’t moving and a young woman told me “ I am sorry, but we are out chicken.” Seriously? This was at 6:30pm (the dinner hour) and KFC runs out of chicken. Talk about poor management. Needless to say, I turned around and told the 3 vehicles behind me that they were out of chicken. We all left. I won’t ever go back. How sad!

You shouldn't have to double check EVERY item you ordered to even be sure it was included, much less correct. The food is fast food, OK, but TWICE now they've screwed the orders up big time. Too far to go back, I'll never eat there again.
