Really disappointed with my recent experience at Kneaders. I placed an order over the phone well in advance, thinking it would save time — but that wasn’t the case at all. When I arrived, not only was my order not ready, but the staff seemed confused and unprepared. I ended up waiting just as long as if I had ordered in person.
To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking. No apology for the delay, no updates while I waited — just a general sense of disorganization and indifference. On top of that, I had ordered a tart that I was really looking forward to, but during the wait, they ended up selling it to someone else. When I asked about it, they weren’t willing to offer any kind of compensation or even a sincere apology.
Food might be decent, but the poor service, long wait, and lack of accountability really take away from the experience. Not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

It's always nice coming here, employees are always welcoming and nice. Food is amazing and has never disappoint the only issue i have is that they don't have bread options, especially gluten-free. Their smoothies are amazing side from one which i can't have because it has apples.
My wife has become your best customer. She loves great bread and pastries. You ought to see the smile on her face when she comes out the door! Your products are awesome. We are from Indiana and so glad to have discovered your business!
