L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

I'm going to have to agree with some of the recent reviews. I was pretty excited that there was at L&L at a location I'm going to be working at for a bit. I have eaten and many of the other L&L locations and this is sub-par to the other locations. Broken soda machine, food looked a bit old and tasted old as well during a lunch hour. Please do better.

The place just looks dirty and nasty. Several of my friends have gotten sick after eating here and while I can't say it's because of the food specifically, I can say it's a disturbing trend.

This place was good when it opened now they don't even try to provide appealing food. Where's the Kahlua Pork? Very disappointing especially considering that I was eating lunch when the initial crews were getting trained. It was all so upbeat. Now I rarely see anyone eat there. They might as well close and let a better store move in.

I’ve been here two times. The first time, the food was cold and the chicken tasted like it was from a few days ago. I know these things happen, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went again about a month later, it was no better. So, we will stop coming here. The staff does not seem to be happy to serve their customers either. I thought about letting them know about their service and their food but they just seemed like rude people. Sad! L&L Hawaiian has a good reputation, but this place doesn’t do it any justice.

I’ve eaten at many L&L Hawaiian BBQ restaurants from Hawaii to the mainland. This one is terrible. The Spam musubi is absurdly overpriced and not good at all. The meats are so so. The rice is terrible. When you order a plate you don’t get Mac salad and a bed of cabbage with your rice like every other L&L everywhere. Just meat and rice. Heck, the pictures in the menu show the Mac salad and cabbage. I asked the girl behind the counter and she seemed confused and didn’t know what macaroni salad is. Avoid at all costs.

Came here with my husband and we both got chicken, rice, and salad. None of it was good. Food had no flavor and tasted old. Sodas aren’t good either. Ended up throwing $30 in the trash. Save your money and go to literally any other place in the food court.

They close wayyy too early, every other restaurant in the food court is open even if business is slow ,and L&L is the only thing i want but then i go there at like 2pm and theyre closed??…apart from that the food is pretty good.

I love L&L……But this location did NOT serve L&L quality food. Teriyaki beef was dry and tough.Overall food quality was poor. I won’t be returning.

Surprised this place can be affiliated with L&L after having had the pleasure of actual L&L Hawaiian in other states. And sketchy too how they conduct business. Go to the exchange next door and get a lunchable instead.

Extremely meh food, very small portions.

This place seemed better when it first started but it’s worse now. Meat is either overcooked or just all fat. The garlic rice doesn’t have any real taste other than an over empowering taste of garlic. So does the rest of their food. Do they not incorporate any other seasoning? It’s overpriced too for the quality

Small soft drink $4.25. Insane.Lumpia is pretty good. Pineapple chicken was old and firm. Maybe we arrived at the end of servoce for the day. Food looked tired. Service was great. Polite and professional.

Really flavorful food. The Garlic Shrimp is ? They give really healthy portions too. If you get the 3 entrée option, it'll last you for 2 meals easily.
