Y’all need to be changing the toppings for the snacks. Most of the time the pepinos are really soggy and nasty. And today we got a banana split and the chocolate ice cream tasted soo bad it was rotten. I called the store to let them know and no one answered. I just threw that away I don’t want my daughter getting sick. Do better michoacana it’s a very busy spot to just have one girl working at almost 4pm. Also the nacho chips and bags of chips are always stale. Common now we are paying sometimes more than 20$ here for bad snacks.

I’ve been patronizing this establishment since they opened and the menu items are great , but staff honestly needs some training on customer service they don’t have very good customer relations such as poor greeting with few smiles as an example and I honestly will not be going back mainly due to the dining area being filthy and my last visit seven tables were dirty and only me and one other customer were there so it wasn’t like they were busy , please clean up and I may reconsider going back

We got some tostielotes the corn was perfect but the chips were a bit stale(we asked for the chips on the side). The glass and displays looked dirty. This girl came out and started spraying this scented spray all by were the food is at

Underrated! They need more locations in town, (Mesa/Phoenix). They selection of items is HUGE, and none the options disappoint! If you're driving through Yuma, just make sure to stop by! ?

I got the Açaí bowl, it lacked favor compared to the Coffee Bean shop. They did not make it like the picture they have for advertisement. My wife got the mangonada. Compared to the last time she got it here it was different. It had the favor but again not made like the picture they posted. Even though it looked incomplete, she still like it. Between the two is why I gave it a three. Otherwise it would have been a two.

The kiwi strawberry paleta and mangonata were PHENOMENAL!!! The ice cream was so fresh, so tasty. I can't wait for my next visit!

Very good mexican desserts but more expensive for sure
This lady always has a stupid face and works very slowly. There were 2 people in front of us and it took us 38 minutes and 20 seconds to be attended to. I feel dissatisfied, I ordered some tostilocos WITHOUT CUERITO and I got sick.
