It’s a hit or miss each time you go to a McDonald’s location. I’ve been utilizing their app to order meal deals when I’m in a rush which are great deals and save time picking up curbside. However, the consistency of the food is all over the place. Some days it’s great and hits the mark, other times, the lettuce is old and watery.

Horrible experience!!! Distrusting diner and staff!!! They messed up our orders , causing us to waste more time sitting there and causing for our food to become cold just for them to try to take the cold burgers back to add what they forgot instead of disposing of the messed up burgers and giving us FRESH FOOD FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!!! Manager seemed to be annoyed and frustrated, horrible customer service.

Disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. Yazmin couldn’t make two ice cream cones, saying “they keep falling over” and blaming the heat (under 100°F). She refused to try again and offered cones in a cup instead. Poor customer service. We got a refund and went to MOOS Creamery, just 5 minutes away, for amazing ice cream. Skip this McDonald’s for dessert!

They canceled my order!!!!!! I'm from out of town,I ordered breakfast on the mobile app. Rode 15-20 mins to pick up. I was there before breakfast was over and they said there was no manager to help me with my issue. Took my money and left me hungry. Shitty establishment that doesn't even know if they are corporate or franchise. All the locals know not to go here but I'm not local. Never go here the suck!!!!!!!

They took a long time just to give me my food I had to wait 35 minutes to wait for my food and they had no idea what they were doing, when we were ordering food they took a long time and they were so slow to give us the food. They said they were basically out of everything, they were out of the ice cream and the spicy chicken sandwich and they were out of Fanta and only had Sprite and Coke. Worse customer service, If I had to chose the rating it would be a 0 star!!...

When I arrived there weren't any chicken sandwiches available. Decided to just get my son a happy meal only and got something for myself elsewhere.
The only upside to this McDonald’s is its convenient location right off the I-8. However, they constantly park cars, even for the simplest orders. I’ve literally been parked just for a McChicken. It’s frustrating and defeats the purpose of fast food.
