I just came from this McDonald's drive thur and the person taking my order wasn't paying attention to what I was saying was making statements like "huh, what ?, what's was that?" So either she wasn't paying attention or her head piece wasn't working and didn't mention that she was having a hard time hearing me. When I went to the window to get my order she gave me the drinks so no straws and when I asked for straws she looked confused like she didnt understand what i was saying. I order 2 sausage biscuits for my son and when I got got home it turned out to be sausage mcmuffins. I know its fast food but customer service has gone down hill drastically since I worked fast food. Don't recommend this McDonald's.

Stopped 01/08/25 around 1:30 to grab a mobile order. My wife also made a separate order at the same time. Neither order was correct but we only discovered this after we headed out of Yuma as we had to make time to get home in CA. My Mcchicken had turned into a hot and spicy McChicken. My wife got no sauce for her nuggets despite it being listed on the order. The nuggets were dry. She ordered two apple pies and got one apple pie and a one strawberry and cream pie. French fries were old and floppy. Seems like the staff at this store 5851 on 16th Ave depend on people just passing through and donât care about giving you the food you have ordered.

Their machines are always broken, they always make you park to wait for foods that should be âfast foodâ and they never seem to get orders right when you ask for different condiments or topping on the sandwich. To say I am fed up would be an understatement. I am so done with this location and have been upset with my choice to go McDonaldâs our last few visits, wonât catch me there again. Currently dreading my dry sandwich and no drink, since they canât make a smoothie or a frappe, and god forbid you ask if they can make a McFlurry after 10pm.

Literally the worst experience Iâve ever had at a McDonaldâs. First the girl taking our order was unorganized and had 0 customer service skills, secondly when we DID get our food it was a disaster. I ordered a burger with cheese, lettuce, extra onion and extra ketchup and the ONLY thing on my burger other than the patty and cheese was 5 pickles. Thatâs it. Are you kidding me?? Will not be returning.
