i’m usually greeted by the nicest man on drive thru but they had someone else today which was no issue, when placing my order i asked if they had a flavor of a muffin i wanted which she then said no( i know it’s not her fault ) , so i moved on and asked about a different flavor which she also just shook her head and said no, i asked about four different flavors which got the same response so then i just asked if she would mind checking which flavors they had available just so we wouldn’t be going back and forth and i could tell she wasn’t happy about having to go and check bc of the facial reaction i got, but i ended up choosing from the available options and when i recieved the order, the muffin looked like this pictured below. i’m not one to really post reviews or complain but i feel like this was done intentional or out of spite simply just for asking a question :/ really disappointed in the service this visit with someone new on drive thru today

My sister loves, loves, loves their muffins here, I can't comment too much other than the cashier' was very friendly and efficient. I don't like bread or sweets too much, so I'm going to give them a higher score simply because of the friendliness and efficiency. Go mostly muffins! Oh based on my sister's comments, I will be scoring.

I enjoyed the fact they had leftover muffins from the day before on sale I do with they had a separate place for things without nuts and maybe even labels so we could see what things were. The cashier and others behind the counter were not friendly and didn't greet us and just were talking to themselves until a regular went in and they were greeted and treated well. The bagel and small cream cheese were ok but not for the price.

I've had a couple of different muffins here, including the the good Ole standby blueberry muffins, which all were very good. Definitely can't go wrong with Mostly Muffins.

Conrad was outstanding! I was having a tough morning. (I didn’t know what to order which isn’t like me but had to get something to eat. Conrad just took over and said you want a sandwich or a full breakfast we have pancakes along with other stuff he named , even helped me pick out my coffee which was delicious btw!) And he just made me laugh. Conrad thank you so much for having such a positive energy .

Ok I ordered a sandwich, smoothie and an ice tea, when I got to Mostly Muffins the woman behind the counter looked for the order and couldn't find it, so she went to her manager and explained the situation when she returned said that the manager had disconnected the order site and that's what I was told, not a sorry for the inconvenience or anything by the manager but they were probably too busy on their phones to attend to the customers!
