Once again forgetting something in my order. Today I ordered a panda bundle, opened my box and only had one scoop of orange chicken...other side was empty. Horrible service ALWAYS forgetting something!

Pretty much just an ordinary panda express. You like their food or you don’t. I’ve only eaten there a couple times, but I felt like my food was cold even as they put it on my plate. But that was just one time. Looks like it’s busy a lot. It’s good enough.

Out of all pandas this one is the worst, whether you are going inside to dine in or going through drive thru, the employees here are rude and you can tell they don’t care about the customers. While in the drive thru they took forever to even talk to me. I just placed a mobile order, a small entree of orange chicken, I got told to park, they didn’t tell me a wait time, it’s been over 30 minutes. And when I got the food finally. they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience they just handed the food and left.

Always bad service at this panda location. Waiting 30+ min for an entre of orange chicken without being told a wait time. Don’t ever come to this location any less that 1 1/2 before close because their service goes from bad to worse. You’re better off driving to the other one and still get your food faster.
