Pretty pissed off at how much lack of customer service here . My husband bought 2 pizza and 2 wings pizza was burnt he spoke with a young lady behind the counter and was told they would remake the food when he was ready to come back 😔 so we figure fair enough we'll today we called to do just that not asking for a refund mind you it was 69.00 the girl I spoke with said too send him into the store so I did just that he gets there and they act obviously like they know nothing about it not ok not professional and not acceptable wasted money.

Had a pickup order that was 15min late, there was 1 lady working ONLY, she was the cook, the cashier, and was working the front counter, which is absolutely ridiculous. How does this store even stay open with one person working?? Very disappointing and sad for the woman by herself.

Don't bother ordering from here as it takes forever to get a pizza. Online orders and door dash orders they don't seem to care about. Order somewhere else

Called the number that was posted online and on maps and was the number to papa johns in town, asked them for the foothills number and no one knew. Called the number for the Papa Johns for in town posted on the internet and it was disconnected, both business are a joke, what a clown show.

Let me start by saying that Papa Johns is my favorite chain restaurant for pizza. That said, the pizza at this location is just as good as expected. Buuut... this review is more in regard to the delivery. Normally, we pickup ourselves but today we didn't feel like going out. Door dash is used at this location for delivery. This purchase was for 2 14" pizzas and one small. So, one small box and 2 that would be the same size. The guy that delivered was not clean, seemed to be on drugs and was very rude. He claimed that it was Papa Johns fault that the order was wrong. He showed me on his phone that it wasn't his fault but on his phone was the order correct. There are labels on the boxes and one of the three had the wrong address. Seems fairly easy to get right. Called the restaurant and they made us a new pizza (I went to pick it up) the guy at the restaurant was professional and polite.

The staff here have great customer service for everyone! Computer issues resulted in them having to refund my order and recharge it! Didn't show refund on my end so I said I would call in the morning to check with Management. Employees filled Manager in and she had double checked the receipts and made sure that the stores closing balance only showed 1 charge before I even called this morning! Great communication saved me time!

Staff have excellent customer service and have no problem reaching out to supervisors to double check and communicate things! Manager is awesome and stays on top of everything. Needed manager to confirm refund and I didn't have to waste time because she already had my question was answered before I called this morning! Great employee/manager communication!
